I got a 10-pack of Tirz30 from them, and a single vial of reta. This was in mid February, which I think was right before they changed warehouses. Packaging looked upscale and nice, but a few days into the first vial of T30 I began to feel like it wasn't working as well as previous vials from other sellers. I was also experiencing a lot of weird skin pains, aching in my lower limbs, and various other random and intermittent ailments. By the middle of the second vial, I definitely felt something was off. I had upped my dosage, in case it was a plateau, to not much effect. Eventually, I ordered a new batch from another vendor, and set aside all the NextGen leftovers, planning to send a vial in to Finnrick, since I couldn't afford $200+ for testing on my own. Later, I heard about a lot of T30 drama in early March, involving product from various grey vendors that turned out not to be T30 at all, or in some cases, was really high in endotoxins, which made me wonder if I got a crap batch. Given the timing, and the fact that all the resellers are sourcing ingredients and finished product from just a handful of Chinese manufacturers, it seems possible. Eventually, a couple weeks ago, I did recon the one vial of NextGen reta, and that seems fine. Would be curious to know if anyone else had poor results (or weird pains) when using their Tirz?

I have ordered from them before. I ordered Mots-C and it came very fast, just two days after I ordered it.
When I received it, the batch number was different from their COA. I emailed the company and asked them for the COA from the batch I received. They promptly emailed the COA over.
I was hoping to receive the latest batch with the Freedom COA with a date in February. Instead I received a batch with what would be the next batch number in line but that COA was from January and done by Jano. Unfortunately the one I received was the bare minimum and didn't have the endotoxin tests, like the Freedom COA. It just seemed weird that the one with the later number in line was completed a month beforehand (especially considering it went all the way to Jano). Maybe I'm reading too much into it?
Well, I decided to still use it and the results I have been very happy with.
Also, it now seems that they have switched to ILS Labs. It's closer to their home base and probably cheaper (at least that's what I've read). With the newest batch, it seems the purity is down and the result of the endotoxin test says reported.
Mine came in a bubble envelope, not the fancy box!

@Robot-Babylon have you started using your Mots-c from them yet? How's it going?

So I placed an order with them. My husband and I wanted to try some new things. I wanted Mots-c and he wanted cjc/ipa. The first vial I reconstituted with hospira was instantly foggy. The 2nd had two rice shaped clouds/peptide ghosts floating in the bottom the 3rd vial had sludge that wouldn't dissolve. I reached out to them and they said they would replace or refund. I went home to try the other vials I received and the other 3 cjc/ipa bottles were foggy with floaters. I sent the pictures they requested last night and this morning they said they would issue my refund (my preference) and I already have a pending credit on the card I used. The mots-c reconstituted beautifully. I am amazed at how quickly they responded and rectified the situation. The mots-c seems fine so I'm not writing them off over this.

The 'cure' for bad product and bad customer service is CUSTOMER BOYCOTT (NOT Randy's site boycott; that's a different matter and not for me to say.) Start a thread and let the vendor know it in the title; then back it up with action (or inaction?). I'm with @mj227 even though Flawless has done well by me. The minute they start screwing over someone in the group, I will stand up. Learned that from a Lyme group and terrible tx from Dr.'s. It works, I promise you it does.

@Eleanor Yes, but this particular vendor was quick and refunded me in less than 24 hours. So why boycott when they fixed the issue and the other peptide I got didn't have issues with reconstituting. They didn't give me any hesitation or grief. I'm very happy with how quickly they took care of it because I see what others are dealing with from other vendor order issues. This was a positive experience despite the peptide issue.
