I placed my order on April 29th and it arrived on May 5th.
I placed my order the same day they launched their new website. In hindsight, that was on me, since I probably should’ve waited a day or two for things to settle, but I still decided to go ahead and place the order. Because of that, there were some initial delays in processing and shipping, along with a few issues related to shipping addresses and order handling. However, everything was resolved within about 2–3 days. The owner was very responsive on Discord and stayed on top of everything, which I appreciated.
Payment was done via credit card, so that part was smooth and convenient.
As for the peptide quality, I can’t fully comment yet since I’m still finishing a previous batch from another vendor, so I probably won’t try this one for another month. That said, the 10 mg retatrutide batch I purchased was tested recently, and based on what I’ve seen in the Discord group and from others who’ve ordered, people seem to be having good experiences with no issues so far. This is also one of the few vendors that does endotoxin testing.
I ordered three 10mg vials of retatrutide. They arrived wrapped in bubble wrap inside a padded mailer. I’ve seen others mention receiving their orders in a box, but mine came in a standard padded envelope.
Overall, aside from the initial website launch issues, the experience was smooth and positive. If everything goes well once I reconstitute and use the product, I’d definitely order from this vendor again.

I won’t be using their product yet since I still have some from another vendor, so I’m waiting to finish that first. But I haven’t heard anything bad about them, they test everything, and you can also look it up yourself using the batch number on the vial

Appreciate the link. I ordered enough stuff from them that I got the pretty packaging, which is the best I've seen. Shipping was the fastest I've come across. Still have not used any of the product yet. I see someone on this site has just complained about bad vials, so....

I ordered 6 vials from them of various things, but I haven't researched any of them yet as I'm still working on some existing tests. That said they do have a discord with some pretty loyal people who chat in it all day long. Honestly it is kinda annoying b/c there is barely any peptide talk. Based on that I'd say they are legit. Pricing is pretty cheap and there are discord exclusive deals too, but the owner or whoever handles support does seem like a douche. Then again many in the pep industry seem like complete twats. It is what it is.

They had some mess in labeling and batch IDs. A bit freaky to rely on 3PL center employees to do this and then not even having any oversight. Read people complaining on another forum. Just heads-up.

Using stock images, printing them, slapping on vials, and shipping to customers and only realizing after customers complain, is a big fat traceability sh*tshow.
Southern Aminos gave me similar experience. They can't locate the COA for the batch ID I received. Told me to use another closest one because cap color and mg match. Although the net content and purity don't. WTF.

I purchased several vials of Epitalon 50 mg. Reconstituted with 2.5mls of BAC water like i have every bottle of Epitalon I have purchased from another source in the past. Vial #1 turned unto chunky milky yuck. NG replaced it after much back and forth of them telling me I didn’t reconstitute it correctly (I’ve been researching peptides for a long time and am not new to this rodeo). So now I have one replacement vial (which didn’t look at all like the label on the remaining vials from my first order). Went to reconstitute replacement vial and it was a milky yucky mess. Was it the same batch number? No idea because there was no batch number or lot number anywhere on the vial. Moved on to vial number 3…then vial number 4…all milky yucky mess. Contacted NG and the only response I got was that they were too busy to address my concerns. I am still waiting after about 5 emails. Ordered the same exact 50 mg of Epitalon from a different peptide company (Ion Peptide) and it reconstituted beautifully with absolutely zero issues. So that is why I say don’t waste your time and money. Their next unhappy customer could be you!

@Springtide A vendor who lets batch IDs and stock images and all mess go on without internal checks and balances until customers start complaining is a no-go.
Gonna send a note on another forum where I saw customers complaining about the batch ID mess.
Before setting up such irresponsible ops, vendors should think hard... on social media, reputation spreads fast and long.
