Hey guys quick question. I am new to peptides. If I am Reconstituting a vial of reta with Pfizer Hospira STERILE WATER and it's for a single use- meaning that I'm going to reconstitute it and take the entirety of the dose immediately after (Within the hour or 2 and i plan on filtering) and discard the tiny remainder is that safe and will it work or should I use something else?

@danielgegic I guess I would have to ask how many mg of Reta is in the vial? 5mg, 10mg?? Is this the first time researching with Reta?

I assumed you have researched Reta before and was trying to dose with sterile water since Bac water is scarce.
If you haven’t researched Reta before do not take more than 2mg as a first dose. Dosing higher will result in major complications that may not be reversible. -

In rare cases, a GLP-1 receptor agonists can cause severe gastrointestinal side effects such as gastroparesis (stomach paralysis), severe constipation, and bowel obstruction. If constipation leads to extreme fecal impaction, it can increase internal colon pressure and restrict blood flow. This reduced blood flow leads to ischemia (oxygen deprivation), which can rapidly progress to bowel necrosis (tissue death) if not treated immediately. -
this is why fiber and water should be the intro for every reta post. when my testing started my ts was eating a ton of fiber and took a miralax before every shot. but you cant rush the fiber. gotta do it for weeks to build your body up. on average americans only eat 15g of fiber a day. should be near 40 to 50. but you cant do it overnight or else youll end up doing the exact same the above post warned about.

Yes I have been on reta for 6 months from a compounding pharmacy. But this is my first time "researching". I have BAC water scheduled for delivery but it won't be here for another 2-3 weeks. So I may need a single 10 MG dose in the meantime. I have hospira sterile water that can be delivered much sooner so that I can use on a single dose basis. A 10 MG vial that I will use after reconstituting.
Also since this is 1 time use can I inject the peptide while filtering it with out passing it through new vial. If I put into vial after filtering it, it will be immediately drawn out in full. Amd injected so can I skip that step and inject directly from filter with new sterile 5/8 needle
