@Navy-Chief I'm at 5mg tirz and 3mg survo. I think the survo actually makes me hungrier because with tirz alone I didn't want to eat. Or I'm just used to the amount now. Been on tirz since Feb.

@Hammertime65 Yeah, I just recently moved to the 7.5mg dose of Tirz, 5mg was not cutting it anymore; food noise was back along with strong hunger signals between meals. 7.5 is working a lot better, I am trying to stay at the minimum effective dose on this, but moving up is not the end of the world for me.

I started in February too. Got as high as 7.5 and found it wasn't worth it, backed down to 7.5 and like it here. Going to try an back down some more, IF cravings don't show up.

@navy-chief Using the minimum effective dose is a great approach. The industry just titrates you up to max dose and keeps you there. I got up to 10mg/week and went back down. I am now alternating between 3mg and 5mg/week depending on food noise. I have seen videos where they say you should be careful about cycling so I find MED works.

For me, the limiter on increasing the dose is being able to eat enough to get my macros because I am trying to gain muscle more than I am trying to lose fat at this point. When I go to 10mg, I have no desire to eat.

100% Natty. You know, aside from the Klow, Tesa, Tirz, CJC/Ipa, SS-31, Semax, Dihexa, Epitalon, MOTS-C, creatine, Cheetos, protein shakes, and a holocaust of chicken thighs.

I've been ripping survo for months, ive tried maz, obviously reta and cagri/sema. I have a few kits of elora on the way.

For me all roads lead back to tirz.

I agree. I think if you're otherwise reasonably healthy and physically mobile, a double agonist attack is more than sufficient when combined with even light exercise and a more single ingredient, animal based diet.

Having your heart rate elevated via glucagon like that, I wonder, over decades, has to be problematic. I think reta has a place for those who have physical limitations/disabilities and have issues even walking around nonetheless actually exercising, but for most people, you're right, all roads lead back to tirz. It's certainly the one I'd use if I had to pick, but thankfully this athlete has always been pretty lean and mean.

By all means for those on reta I think you're totally fine doing what you're doing for now and certainly use up what you have, but if I was thinking long term, tirz is the way to go.

@Randy Curious how stacking Survo and Tirz has worked out for you as "Ghetto Reta". Currently taking 7.5mg of Tirz and have been considering adding Survo, still very undecided.

@Navy-Chief Randy has a whole post on it. Search for keyword "ghetto" on this forum. You will find his detailed titration protocol.
