Real, accurate lab testing? Options besides Janoshik?

My current lab seems to have ghosted me. No response for two weeks. Does @randy have a list of reputable labs to go along with the list of pep vendors? TIA

In Cal and tools, you'll finding Testing. ILS isn't listed, and has been getting a good rep so far and the prices are good. Freedom and Trustpointe are also good choices.

That list isn't up to date. Analytical Formulations Inc isn't taking samples. Ethos doesn't deal with personal tests.

@Newenough ILS has been having issues and made some mistakes very recently. Probably due to their fast turnarounds.
We just had freedom measure a batch of 20mg reta (tested elsewhere at 20) show 11mg on their coa.
Right now Trustpointe, AFI and Vangaurd are my preferred labs.

@Randy, is AFI still shut down for new testing? I tried last week, and they weren't accepting new testing. It's been going on for at least two months now. Great source, but if they won't test, then it really not an option. Also, it has me questioning their capabilities since it's been going on for so long now.

Unfortunately lab testing is a bit of a pain in the ass to get someone good and consistent. If they are good, then they get too busy and you have to wait weeks for the results. All of them are hard to get in touch with, because they are busy. AFi has been pretty good with getting back to me. But they are busy. Jano is WAY too expensive. I think Mass and Purity (plus shipping) is lime $410…
But it is important to test. Not sure who to trust, but I am hoping for a little more clarity in the next couple of weeks. -

@Eleanor I dont recall seeing "Aminos Analytics" before, but Im new to this. I will say that after Commander was an asshat the other day (hugs and kisses big guy) Ive been searching around at labs, and see some disturbing info. There are some indications that the peptide sellers and manufacturers are not the only thing we should be worried about. One other testing lab has been called out for not being who they say they are, and not even having Mass Spectra equipment to do the testing they claim to do. True? Who knows... but the whole damned industry seems filled with shitheads willing to scam you.
So now, are we going to test the labs that do the tests, from the tests that were apparently done during manufacture? How many times do we have to test, retest, re-retest...
Trusting a "lab" that you haven't personally done an inspection on, validated their equipment, confirmed their calibrations and standards etc... Well, I think we can all agree, thats just "idiotic".
