@jake_peptron Randy is a big fan of Tirz/Survo. I think if you search for ‘Ghetto Reta Stack’, you will find the thread on this.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

We all have a degree of insulin resistance. mitochondria burns fat. It is advised to optimize you mitochondria. Tune up your diet further, exercise past your comfort zone. You have options. Im sure there is someone who has research this further. If all fails you always have Reta.

Sounds interesting but that again is two GLP1s. I feel like at least the Cag, technically, isn't overloading the same receptors, but in theory should give a stronger appetite suppressant effect. It is all trial and error I guess.

Just my two cents but your receptors are probably burnt out. That doctor did you dirty. I dont think you mentioned how long you were on Sema but going max dose from that to max dose of Tirz for an extended period would seem to have diminishing return. Also missing wayyy to much data on diet and calories to really help. Start tracking everything you eat immediately. One of two scenarios seem possible. You have been under eating so long your metabolism and hormones are shot and you need to come back down or off Tirz. Start eating again to reset everything. Or you are overeating which seems nuts at that dose of Tirz. Would love to hear what decisions you make and how you progress. For me its data data data. Track and adjust.

I was on Sema 6 months, last 3 at max dose. Insurance stopped paying and I was off 6 months before going to tirz with a tele-med provider who put me right on 15mgs. First 3 months were fine, went from 239 to 212. Last two months not so good, back up to 214. Added Cag just about a month ago, currently 1.25mgs, no side effects, but no appetite suppression. Yes, I should definitely track calories (i did during sema) but haven't thought about it with Tirz. I do not personally feel my eating has increased much, and would guess I am between 2200 to 2500 calories a day, but that is just speculation based on prior tracking. And I don't drink or eat sweets.

@crash2127 but do you move your body?

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

Yes. I mentioned a few messages back, 3 days a week in the gym with light weights. I am a big walker. Probably 4 to 5 days a week getting in 4 to 5 miles at a time (live 10 minutes from Disney World so I go there to get the steps in). I by no means am a couch potato. I don't even watch TV. Don't even drink alcohol and no illicit drugs.

What you are eating and how much is the unknown variable. Track to get a baseline then cut 250 to 500 a day if you can. Focus on hitting your daily protein target. Look into low calorie high volume meals to keep you full. That really helped me. Sounds like you walk alot but if you aren't already track your steps. You may find you over do it some days and then under on others. Find your baseline then increase steps by 2000 a day. Your body may have hit homeostasis with what you have been doing and need to make some adjustments to get it to adapt again. Lastly is what is your sleep like? Go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time. Shoot for 8 hours. For me no caffeine after 2pm. Cold bedroom. Light blocking blinds. Would love to say I stay off my phone before bed but I dont. Lol. You're doing great. Track. Adjust. It will come. Always here to be a sounding board.

Great advice, thank you! And my sleep sucks! I hit the pillow hard about 10/10:30 and pass out in minutes. But between 1 and 2 am I wake up thinking about every stupid ass thing I have to do the next day and I just can't shut my brain off. Get up at 6am for work, and start the day out fatigued because of it. Tried semax, selank, dsip non helped. My sleep was actually great until this past January when my daughter got medically discharged from the Navy and moved back with me. I raised her alone since she was 13 and she is my world, so it is constant worrying about her that has done me in. Well, again thanks for the encouragement.

Try Epitalon / Pinealon? That helped my REM. My deep improved with Tes/Ipa. I have struggled with the same issues you have. I knock out easily but I would wake up right around 1 to 2am with a cortisol spike and then just have my mind race until I give up and just go into work since I am up already and the rest of my house is sleeping. This has improved tremendously with the 2 stack mentioned.

Ok, I'll look into it. I'm in an off cycle with Tesa right now, but never added the ipa. I have cjc/ipa in transit to try. Epa and pine hasn't hit my radar yet, so I need to look more into those. Thank you.
