MOTS-C DO you need if

@Commander I need to look into that vitamin is that an Amazon thing. I always love hearing about people getting off of meds. I have a friend who is no longer on metformin after years thanks to peptides and a healthy diet. His insulin levels are in check now
Focusing on the Mitochondria support (energy/ATP)

MOTSC 1mg-2mg
NAD+ 10-20mg
SS-32 1mg
Tuesday -Thursday-Saturday
Supplements:
B complex (5-mthf-betaine,-rboflavin- B2,6,9,12) dose vary.
D3 5 mcg-1mg
CoQ10 100mg
Methylene Blue 10-20mg

I give the peps a break. -
I only take 1.5MGish (use a pen so they might be a hair off depending on pens accuracy). I take it first thing in the morning when I get up, 7 days a week. The L-METHYLFOLATE (5-MTHF) vitamin is key when using MOTS-C. I didn’t take the SS-31 until about the 5 week of taking MOTS-C. I am only going to take one cycle of SS-31 every couple of months. It did help.I also take NAD+ 35mg 7 days a week.
But after years of having to take Nuvigil everyday and now no longer needed it, the Mots-C has been a god send…@Commander did you notice anything from the NAD? People are telling me it's their favorite Peptide. About to do my first run of all 3. My plan is to start with SS-31 for two weeks, then add Mots-c for a week or so, and then add in NAD. Are you using the buffered NAD?
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? maybe @gym.rat or @pep_researcher. Any advice would be appreciated. This is new territory for me. I always start slow and ramp up.

Methylated B vitamins are life saving, they truly are. There are 2 genes that rule your methylation cycle and if one or both are inactive, you are toast without help from methylated B supplementation. Approx half the people on the planet are non-methylators, having one or both genes inactive. If one gene is not working correctly, your ability to convert B vitamins is about 70%. If both genes are affected, cut that to 30% and it's a real bad situation. Both of my genes are not functioning to full capacity. Methyl B's will save your life.
There is a test for this and you only need to test one time to know your methylation status.

NAD+ helps a lot. My younger friends (30 to 40) didn’t see a difference when they added in SS-31. I did, I am 54, with a lot of health problems from my time in the Corps. My friends wife does NAD+ and MOTS-C every other day- meaning MOTS-C one day, NAD+ the next, she is you, 45. She loves it for energy.
But without the vitamin, the MOTS-C losses it effectiveness. You can look uo why, it is pretty interesting.
But everyone reacts differently. My friends and I all take the same thing and it works for us. Maybe it won’t work for you,,.I have not idea….but for me, my stack id life changing -
@afkar7 I would have blood drawn for this test. If it comes back with one or both genes dysfunctional, have the test run again. It's that important of an issue, else, you could be sick the rest of your life and no amount of peps or anything else will correct it, esp. if both genes are not working correctly.
For those who are MTHFR's and you feel great to begin with, then, you crash, you're taking too much B vits and it's starting to detox you. There's a positive and negative to everything. I finally got some empty capsules and started splitting the dose and that helped. You might not need to take them every day. At first, probably, but then, it's experimental. Everyone is different.

@Stevepep RS never did NAD+ pins. Only NAD precursor capsules.
Honest take - either
already has good mitochondrial optimization or it's one of those who are non responsive to mitochondrial opt peps.RS showed noticeable positive research on Sermorelin, BPC, TB and of course GLPs. Going to research Tesa next given Sermo research.
But no such noticeably positive research outcomes on NAD caps, SS-31, or MOTS-C. No negative outcome too. So
is just running through the current stock to free up freezer space and take them off the table for good. -

What is the deal with everyone claiming they have a “research rat” jist do you know it doesn’t matter if you say you took it or you gave it to some imaginary rat… the law actually doesn’t care, no you are not protecting yourself from anything
@Commander metaphor, alter egos, favorite animal or Chinese year.

@EXTROPIAN
Ya, not needed… I take peptides, AAS and other things, no imaginary Rat, Sheep, Goat or anything else. And no it doesn’t protect anyone by saying “I didn’t say I took it, it was my imaginary goat…” -

lol I have two female lab rats. One keeps hiding in her cage of fear "is it FDA approved?""my Dr my Dr..." And the other one named Extropia is the one that talked me into this.

@EXTROPIAN You lab rat is doing some serious squats.

at first, from what i read and viewed, research stated that take the SS-31 cycle first before MOTc. Now new research is stating that MOTc must be cycled before SS31 and to cycle SS31 one or twice a year and continue MOTc however long your bank account can wthstand the assault.

does anyone combine MOTc and NAD+ in one syringe?
