Question, If you are an exercise crazy. Do you need Mots-C as part of the SS-31 protocol? I am at the gym 6 days a week. I do Orange Theory 3-4 days and run 4 miles each time, and lift, in between I do heavy lifting working other areas. With that type of regime, I am wondering how Mots-C would benefit me. I am pretty lean and mean at the moment. I should add that I also box twice a month.

I do SS31 just in case. You want to level up energy and stamina? MOTS, NAD, 5amino 1mq and Slu-pp-332. Work out have been great. And some L-Citrulline Malace 2:1 in your pre workout.

@EXTROPIAN Some of these are new to me. I am always looking to improve. I am pretty ripped up right now, far past what my goals were when I started. I will look into 5 Amino, SLU and L citrulline. Thanks for the help. I watched a video which said MOTS-C is a workout in a bottle, and I was thinking, do I really need that with my routine?

@Stevepep Dude, it sounds like you’re killin’ it already. Congrats! As a father-of-4 in his 40s, I wish I could dedicate that much time to improve myself. Keep it up! I agree w the recommendation to just try out a vial or two… but also maybe ask yourself what your ultimate goal is? It’s hard to see from this angle what additional improvement you could gain from Mots-C sprinkled on top of your Olympic regimen 😄

Remember: there are no peptides that can fill the emptiness inside your cold heart.

@Jake_PepTron I hear ya my kids are out of the house so outside of work I have dedicated myself to getting healthy and making the most out of the second half. Truth is anyone can do it. A year ago I couldn’t run at all and now I can run 4 miles in a half hour and I feel great. I lift more weight than I ever have in my life and finally have the sleep side figured out. Pinealon was a game changer. The boxing is something I have been doing since HS so I just kept going need to make sure I can still take these millennials lol

@Stevepep Adding to gymrat. Personally I never had a reaction to MOTSc. My experience with motsc was Hell fucking yeah out the gate! lol I only had one histamine reactions on my first vial of Reta. Who knows, probably the 10 EU/kgI of endotoxin from the 99.999 Reta I purchase from that cute chinese girl. I am one that got that local reaction from a few that have used from that batch. Agree starting low. 500mcg = 0.5mg just to make sure there is no allergic reaction. If youre clear of no reactions then you can start titrating up till you find your sweet spot. Find your least and most effective dose. I will advice all to have some benadryl close or in your pepkit. Just in case you get any allergic reaction. For the amount of peps Im taking right now I should have an epinephrine pen.

A word from an old lady who used to be in great shape before a completely unforeseen illness struck.

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" If your beyond where you thought you'd be, if your regimen is already working great, don't add anything more to it.

I only take 1.5MGish (use a pen so they might be a hair off depending on pens accuracy). I take it first thing in the morning when I get up, 7 days a week. The L-METHYLFOLATE (5-MTHF) vitamin is key when using MOTS-C. I didn’t take the SS-31 until about the 5 week of taking MOTS-C. I am only going to take one cycle of SS-31 every couple of months. It did help.I also take NAD+ 35mg 7 days a week.
But after years of having to take Nuvigil everyday and now no longer needed it, the Mots-C has been a god send…

This is the exact one I take. Think of it as the “fuel” for the MOTS-C to work. I read some paper by a doctor about it. They weren’t kidding, it supercharged the Mot-C..
