So, yes, you are technically supposed to sterilize the bottles. Honestly, I have not. The ones I have bought off Amazon are in packs of 20, generally wrapped in individual plastic, so I use them once and just discard them (but I al not recommending this, do what you feel is best). I also do not blend, I prefer them in separate bottles. Take a 5ml tube of saline, pop the top, pour it in the bottle. Take out 1ml with a syringe, use it to recon. Once the powder is reconstituted extract the fluid back out with the syringe, inject it all right into the spray bottle. Now it's the basic pep calculater for 5ml of solution to 10mg of powder.
Dosing is never an exact science with the spray bottles. One pump is anywhere from 100 to 250mcg. It really depends on how well the pump is primed, how hard you depress the nozzle, does it draw up some air as it nears the end of the contents of the bottle, etc. However, I wouldn't stress over this. Selank and semax are very forgiving on dosing. Slightly more or less isn't going to be a big deal. I usually just assume the larger dose for each spray (250mcg). So if I am talking 750mcg, I'll do three pumps. Hope this helps. -

@cc4part41 I just made a second nasal spray with my semax/ selank. I watched a couple of videos and found a calculator for nasal sprays. I bought glass spray bottles off Amazon. my semax and selank were bought separate, I reconstituted both (10mg) vials with 1 ml BAC. the benzyl alcohol in BAC is antimicrobial so it helps preserve your spray, but it will burn the sinuses if that's all you use. i took 5 mg (half the vial) from each pep and put it in the nasal spray bottle. the bottles can be washed with hot soapy water and let dry. no need to sterilize. i then add 5 ml saline solution which I bought on Amazon. I do one to two sprays per nostril, getting approximately 250-350 mcg of the combined peps. keep it in the fridge like other reconstituted peps. I'm using this for my adult adhd, and it has been great for my focus on daily tasks. I have used dsip in a spray, as well as pinealon.

@gym.rat definitely looking forward to moving on to adamax as well. Verdict is still out for me on whether semax actually was worth it, and selank did absolutely nothing. I have had more success with ashwagandha in one week than an entire cycle of semax and selank.

I've been having problems with the Amazon bottles I bought. Seems like the alcohol in the BAC water is releasing the glue they use to keep the atomizer puck in the sprayer in place. Fortunately I test puff before using each day. I caught the puck on 3 different bottle coming out. Glad I saw it before I sprayed and inhaled, that little thing would have been a nightmare to get out of your sinuses.

Are you re-using those bottles? Is this a 100%bac water solution or is it diluted with sterilized water?
