Ok, this is my journey. I hope this helps people not make the same mistakes.

Pre Peptide Critic: Newbie who didn't know sh*t

Pure Labe Peptides - Fake COA's. Fake carbon copy of Hospira. Bad reaction over a week of pain

Peptide Solutions - Felt nothing from the products Reta included. Fake COA's

Found Peptide Critic - Everything Changed

Mile High - Great Products, but has Kovera labs on some
Glacier - Also Great but all Kovera
Southern Amino - Great, my go-to for what EZ doesn't carry
EZ and Nexaph - My absolute go-to. Pricing and product consistency are top-notch
Crush - High hopes, but their inventory control is a joke, and the constant marketing ploys have turned me off. Products are good, though.

LN and LI Peptide - Great until they ripped everyone off
GroupBuyKits - waiting for the first order, but Randy says no go and that's enough for me

Blood Work -

Rythm - terrific for metabolic markers and to keep track of how you are doing and if stuff is working.
Ulta Lab Works - Found right here on peptide critic under tools. Highly recommend both. Just got my first full panel done. Super easy.

• You can do metabolic markers at Ulta, and it's as needed. Rhythm is a monthly subscription. Rhythm is simple if you don't know what to order.

Bottom line: Every single blood marker on my full panel was in range. Not one out of range. A drastic improvement from 18 months ago. I am shocked and amazed. On the metabolic side, when I started, I had 8 markers out of range, and I am down to one Estrogen (am I turning into a woman?), which I am still trying to figure out. Doc says it could be stress (F'in job) or not enough recovery from my workouts, or both.

Thanks for the info and posts. I ended up going with another online lab for bloodwork since they had what I thought was a great deal for 2 years with of testing, and I get my first draw later this month. Very excited to see what Reta and my lifestyle changes look like as compared to 2-3 years ago. Im obviously hoping for the same excellent outcome as you.

Crush and Nexaph have quickly become my go-to, and only found them through this Fan-Fuggin-Tastic community and site. Big shout out to @randy for what has been put together here.

And, admittedly, @stevepep while I dont love you enough to stalk you and run AI agents to track down your affiliations… I do very much appreciate the info you’ve shared.

Grey, I've tried several now, yet to receive a single shipment:

• The site that won't be named - I've made 2 orders but neither has been filled yet [That was early July]
• Earlier this month was ripped off on Discord even after someone else had warned us about that specific vendor! Completely, slipped past me. In hindsight it was SO obvious too!
• I jumped on the Peptegridy train with everyone else here [Waiting to see if that one comes through].
• Put in an order with GGPeps.COM, not .net as warned on here just yesterday.

I'm a relative newbie researcher. I lurked a lot of places just gathering information for quite a while before I found Peptide Critic videos and this site. The candid discussions, without any real perceived sales pitch, confirmed that the research journey is a personal one and it should be defined within one's own comfort zone from the information available. While "published" protocols can provide some guidance, the real information comes from the personal perspective and experiences of others (both positive and negative). This discourse here has allowed me to more comfortably adjust my personal research plans to where I am comfortable rather than blindly proceeding with something I just found on the internet.

To the extent it is helpful, here is what I've found most useful:

Tracker: Smart Peptide Tracker - (online, iOS and Google) - it keeps me focused and contains the tracking tools I needed. The developer is constantly improving it and incorporating user feedback.

Bloodwork: Vitals Vault - I considered Rhythm/Siphox/Function but for the tests I wanted to run and the timing, it was the most economical for me.

Vendors: I have tried several as I was getting comfortable in the space. At this point, I generally look to the following (though I am becoming more critical of the labs used by each to better inform/direct my purchases):

Kits:

• Nexaph, Studz, Crush

Individual Vials:

• Instant Peptides, Southern Aminos, Peptidology, Peptira

I have also tried Solyn, Ion Peptides, and Puratek and had good results and would consider them again.

I have even dipped my toe in the grey with Peptegriddy (and we will see how that goes).

Finally, PENS, PENS and more PENS are the way to go! (FWIW, I like the V4 without the cap best ). Regardless of any residual product lost, I am much more comfortable with the consistency of dosing measurement and efficiency using PENS. Also, the learning of using different pen needles (5mm for most and 8mm for NAD/Glut) from this forum made a huge difference in the comfort of administration.

@coondogesq solid choices. If you’re a Nexaph user, you might also try EZ peptides and AMP aka ameano peptides(check their COAs) They are both Nexaph single vial vendors, so you get to try a vial before you get a kit from Nexaph.

Amp runs sweet sales. Right now it’s 30%off on everything, 10% Peptidecritic, and 5% if paying Crypto. I might get some things to try.

They also do BOGOF on cosmetics around some holidays.

One thing I forgot to mention -- Label your pens/vials/etc. It is well worth the time and hassle. My only regret is that I bought the Niimbot B1 to save some funds instead of the M1.

I started off researching GHKCU and I got it from EllieMD. It came already reconstituted. I knew nothing about buying lypholized powders. About one month in I watched a few of Trevor B’s videos and I ordered a few from him. That led me to Reddit and a whole lot of other YouTube videos and a few Skool groups. I learned the truth about the “doctor” and then placed my first gray order with Barn. It went fine. Then I discovered peptide critic and I ordered from easy Peptides, amp, ion for cosmetic and Nexaph. I think I will stick with Nexaph and EZ Peptides mostly, but I did get in on the group with Peptigridy

I ordered first from Verified Peptides. I liked they had Janoshik COAs and batch IDs. Everything I tried from them (Thymulin, Vilon, Epitalon, CJC/IPA) made me feel ill, unless the dose reduced to 0.1mg or less. To this day I have no idea what's wrong with them, I haven't tested anything.

I also used Bioedge Research Labs, a less known, but I can't complain about it, everything seemed a good quality, was tolerated well, except AOD that gelled, but this one is tricky. Their customer service is great.

I used Atomik Labz. Their vials were fine. Their pills made me feel bad. When I asked them for help they threatened to ban me if I ask again.

So I figured I am somehow more sensitive to the quality of the compounds than most of the people. If anything is off with it I feel it immediately while other people can consume it fine. So now when I try something new I get it from 3 places and compare.

I used Ion Peptides, they were ok, but stingy. Thymosin A1 didn't dissolve and all I could get is a partial refund on one of two vials, after a week of arguing and proving it.

I was referred to Canlab International. They had no COA available (now they say you can request them), and very expensive, but the quality of the items I tried was always very high. I understand they do local lyophilization.

I got Reta from Glacier Aminos, and from the side effects, no effect from the dose, and the chart from Kovera COA for that batch I am convinced I was sold Tirzepatide mislabeled as Reta. I think it might be not on Glacier Aminos, it's because Kovera people couldn't use their equipment properly. Hope they learned since then.

I used Reta from Crush Research and this one works well. Crush Research is good but with Rory selling the company the future is uncertain.

I like Peptidology, their 14x testing from Vanguard, their selection is good. The quality I can't complain about. Unfortunately the Peptide Critic discount code only worked a couple times and then expired.

I got many bioregulators and other peptides from Bio Longevity Labs. The quality of the peptides seems to be very very good, I have no issues at all. There are also good sales from time to time and I can get good deals. They don't have batch numbers on vials though, even though Jay C (the owner) insists to never buy the products with no batch numbers. They do publish COA though, for unidentifiable batches.

I got Tesamorelin from Peptide Crafters. First I used Tesa from Bio Longevity, and it felt fine. When I switched to Crafters I felt bad after each dose, so I paused, retried and felt bad again. So now I switched to Southern Aminos Tesa (I told that I try from 3 vendors), and I feel fine again. So, Peptide Crafters are under question for now. I have some more items from them to try.

I also use Garmin Epic watch, CGM from time to time, daily weight with smart scales (I use 3, it's another drama), blood pressure daily. For blood testings I use Ulta Lab Tests and Marek Diagnostics.

Wow, this is a trip down memory lane. I’ve only been researching for six months, and feel like I have learned so much, especially from forums like this. I was introduced to peps by my ex who gave me a vial of Reta from Peptide Sciences, so they were my first. I will say that it was definitely effective as I lost 10lbs in the first month.

Unfortunately (or fortunately as they were pretty pricey) I had to find another vendor after they decided to shut down and came across Ascension Peptides where I purchased my second single vial of Reta as well as Wolverine. I can’t recall how I came across Ascension initially, but the pricing was not bad at the time and the product worked fine. I was just reviewing their current pricing though, and I must have had a new customer discount on my first purchase as the same 30mg vial is now more than double what I paid.

While I was still researching my single vial from Ascension, I started looking into other peps and vendors that sold kits so that the price/mg was cheaper. I found Crush at that time and picked up a kit of Reta and KPV. Crush did not have Wolverine at the time, so I picked some up from Biotech Compounds.

I think this is when I got sucked into the “drop marketing” at Crush and stocked up on more Reta. Rory at Crush was also highlighting a great discount on Reta from Orbitrex Peptides, so I picked up some more. This is what I have been using most recently and it is working well.

This was my first three months. At some point during that time, I kept hearing about group buys and grey and learned about STG, GLP-1 Forum, Peptide Critic, Telegram etc. I lurked in a bunch of TG channels for a while and eventually found Aavant. I’ve since done a couple of buys with them. The frenzy of the “drop” and issues with the bot were frustrating, but the way that they organize the group testing is great, and they accepted PayPal (I had not yet ventured into using crypto). I was using Aavant to stock up on more Reta, BPC and TB4, none of which I’ve researched with yet.

At about the time I found Aavant, I also got connected to a couple of group buys (D&U and Drop Zone), specifically looking for Cartalax and more KPV. I made a purchase with both and am still waiting on delivery. These both accepted PayPal as well, but with a 5% fee.

My most recent purchase was from Peptegrity and was my first crypto purchase. As a couple others have stated, we'll see if that comes through.

I think I would have definitely tried Nexaph if I had found them earlier, and likely will try them at some point given all of the positive feedback here.

I got my bloodwork done through Superpower, and am actually due for another panel. My app is a spreadsheet…but I may look at upgrading that at some point as well.
