@jtcjeff Ive been on trt for probably 6 months, glad I did. I get it through my insurance, standard compounded Test C, 200mg/Ml dose is 20mg x 3 days a week. Some irritation, probably the carrier oil. Also picked up 2 grays as well. Both being the standard 250 per ml at 10ml. One from India, much nicer than the compounded. The other I have yet to try, but it's made with MCT and not a seed oil. Good thing these have a long shelf life! πŸ˜‚ I grabbed the grays only because insurance is known to just cancel shit. So, I wanted a backup plan in place should that happen. Cost was pretty cheap. About $40-50 for 10ml, depending on the source (includes shipping).

Curious, how long do each of these vials last for?

@imemphis18 dose dependent of course. I'm doing 60mg per week to start, so the compounded 200mg 1 ml vials last little over 3 weeks. The 2500mg 10ml viles will last 41 weeks each. But, after my first blood work I'll likely go to 100mg per week. They just wanted to start me low and slow. I get that.

Not sure how needle averse you are but if I could go back and give myself advice I'd offer this:

        1. Start low (you are doing it)
        2. Use HCG not enclomephine ( I responded poorly to it, others have good results)
        3. Do frequent injections. I tried weekly, eod, every mon/wen/fri for test and hcg. The mon/wed/friday is where I settled on as a happy spot. It leaves weekends open, levels stay nice and even.
        4. Use pens (they work for hcg and trt (29g needle) )

I agree with starting low, everybody is going to be different, and it will take a little while to get it dialed in. In the beginning I would get the bloodwork done quarterly. I've known several people who started with telehealth and started to high and had to deal with some side effects. I do test-c, 100mg a week, eod and that is my sweet spot. I use a pen with a 29g .5" needle. I've been lucky and found a local clinic and can get it compounded locally. My PPC wouldn't even discuss it, even know my levels were pretty low, "it happens when we get older". I am tempted to buy a kit from QSC and see if I can get it tested.

@falc after 6 months I wanted to get new blood work drawn, and they said no, we'll do I it in September. Wth? For once I WANTED to get it done and they said no? Tracey's pretty proud of his stuff, and they've been doing it a while. Take it for what it's worth. Problem is you cannot send it to a lab, at least not in the US. Janoshik yes, here no. Not unless it goes through the DEA, and the lab is approved by them to accept it. That's my understanding.

@Newenough I go through Questhealth and get the complete male hormone panel on my own, when I want. The only reason I still go through a clinic is to keep it legal and to keep access to a local compounding pharmacy. I have a few friends who buy through the online telehealth companies, but I am not sure it is any cheaper.

Getting it tested is what has kept me from buying it from a grey vendor, I figured it would be a hassle.

@Newenough Plenty of pretty cheap online blood lab places. Theres even a section on this site to link you to them. I decided on Function Health. Screw the medical/insurance racket.

The labs for my annual physical had a higher copay than my annual Function subscription, which includes two full sets of labs much larger than what my doctor ordered.

@jtcjeff @researchcat I'll look into that, thanks. Currently a full panel of ordered labs only cost me a $30 copay. I'll just hang for now, feel great even on the 60mg.

Ive seen a few GB's recently with QSC supplied Test-C that provide both qualitative (GCMS) and quantitative (HPLC) testing from Jano that prove no EO, which is good.

@falc I just remembered that I picked up a home test kit called Roidtest, was like $25, that provides a positive result, and type of Test (c, s, etc) based on color. But doesn't give Sterility of course.

This would be a good question for the meso forum. Not discounting any information or people here. Just thats their specialty. Just make sure to follow the rules because they dont mess around.

@quicksilver80 LOL... so I signed up on the Meso forum. Wow... that place is CRAZY! I could feel the jacked energy through my screen. Had 3 dudes telling me what I should do and change immediately... without even asking why I was there or what my goal was. LOL . Crazy place.

Got my Test. results back. ugh. Total 179, Free+SHGB+LH is all messed up. So i definitely need to do something, just havent decided what yet.

Still only have found QSC for grey supply. If any of you have another option I would appreciate a message or DM.

@JtCjEfF nah rs lost 40 naturally. Then another 75 testing reta. Thats really what made my difference. Rs had the androgel around that time and all it made him was agitated. Unfortunately you have to change your whole life to fully take advantage of it. Ill keep up with blood tests and eventually might have to hop on rs 40s
