Nexaph started adding more testing options in July, now doing Mass/Purity, Sterility, Heavy Metals & Entotoxins.

Did anybody get Nexaph's Tesamorelin? Is it a good quality one? They have no ready COA for the one they sell now.

Also, I wouldn't be so alarmed about 100% purity. Tools have an error margin. It is usually both ways: +-, like +-0.005%. If your measured value is 100.000% +-0.005%, it means it can be 99.995% - 100.000% (obviously it can't be over 100%). I take it this way.

Testing their tesa/ipa blend now. Itโ€™s doing well for my little rat.

Running their CJC-1295/IPA blend myself. Flush is strong, no injection site issues, so far so good.

@vpeptides I bought some of this Tesamorelin batch a couple of weeks ago. I reached out as to status and they expected the COA last week. Obviously it still hasnโ€™t been posted. Iโ€™ll give it another week before I start asking again (as I donโ€™t need it yet)

@vpeptides It appears that the Nexaph Tesamorelin COA was just posted.

I think he's referring to the MZ biolabs one he posted in another thread. Honestly there is a reason nobody really uses MZ except a few boomer companies. I've seen them show 30% +/- fills on things that are later debunked by another lab. Point being they have a record of flubbing the numbers.

Could the test be accurate? Yes. Is there a chance their standard is off or someone made an oopsie with your sample? Yes.

Send a vial to AFI, Trustpointe, Vanguard, Jano or Kovera (pains me to say it)

@Randy wow, first off- you are officially the most even-keeled and equitable person on the face of the planet for this comment. Second, you've actually reached a level of confidence in Kovera that you would include them? Sorry if I missed it, but is there anything on the forum that shows good evidence of their validity?

Read some discussion on Nexaph TG channel that they are starting to use Freedom due to long Janoshik delays?? ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Was finally excited to start using Nexaph as they are adding endotoxin testing.

Also what's the deal with their MOTS-C showing 97% purity on Jano and then 99% on Freedom?? Exactly same thing with Tesa too.

Yeah I question that reasoning. The pre-order items have the testing done within about 2 weeks of people receiving the item. That's not a long time.

I appreciate that they are putting out 97% purity COA transparently, but that difference is huge. Is there an explanation? I read Randy's blog which analysed why mass can be quite different but purity should match. Right?

You are right. The same batch, 97.6%-97.7% on Janoshik COA and 99.99% for Tesa on Freedom Diagnostics COA. What does it tell us?

@vpeptides Is Lilly adulterating Nexa manufacturing plant as some kind of infiltration technique?

Just kidding, or maybe not, getting conspiracy theories!

But yeah I'm curious too, and then did Nexaph get a second COA from Freedom because Jano showed such a low purity results?

Freedom has been messing up a lot lately, in BIG waysโ€ฆ I wouldnโ€™t trust anything test from them.
I use to use them all the time, but never again.

@pep_researcher The main purity/mass testing for the some Tesamorelin I just received is showing Freedom Labs - please note - I don't think this is a concern to me... but it appears to be more than just the group tests.

@PeptideEd There's also the Janoshik mass/purity results tab right next to it showing different numbers. The concern is about difference. The TG channel mods said something about how each lab calculates expients, but then wouldn't that be same for all other compounds too, and wouldn't that be same for different batches within the same compound?

Was there a change in manufacturing process and raws?

                              @PeptideEd From Cain

                              Hi Steven,

We are not changing and will continue to use Janoshik as they are the gold standard.

They have the Janoshik COA there as well. Tested at two labs, and they show both; you just can't beat them. Freedom clearly has issues. Janoshik shows 3 vials tested for Mass, ID and Purity all very close. Plus Endotxins, Heavy metals and soon sterility all Janoshik.

If you want to buy from the gold standard, you found it. As Jeff calls it the easy button, you may pay more but its piece of mind

Yup that was my point too.

Nevertheless I wanted to say that I still appreciate their brutal honesty. They could've just displayed Freedom COA saying they used Freedom for this batch.

So despite this anomaly, between them and a vendor hopping multiple labs for every batch, I would pick Nexa.

I wish Nexaph had lower pricesโ€ฆ They were not too bad before that price jump, still not as cheap as the other grey market suppliers but reasonable enough where it was a good place for people to go buy 1 or 2 kits at a time from. But $468 for a kit of KLOW, who could really afford that, not me I donโ€™t have that kind of cash...
