I don’t particularly like them, either. I think ‘premier vendor’ was his term for the company that he was promoting.

You'll commonly find them on other sites like Meso and GLP1F. It's kinda a paid (it seems) endorsement/advertising/sponsorship moniker which denotes quasi acceptance as a preferred source. They often aren't and the sites themselves usually are careful to say it's not an 'endorsement'. So in the end it really doesn't mean much.
