Dysesthesia, less or worse from different vendors for Reta?

I've been on reta for almost a year. I get this sensation on my scalp, sometimes part of my face and my forearms and hands. Intensity varies but it has never been super bad. However, now at 5mg and it still hasn't vanished.
@Shaqdiesel I get it in my scalp and my left thigh. Its been at least a month since I last felt it. Idk if it was just me but certain suppliers had that effect and others didnt. But in the end it all comes from one-ish place right?

I experienced this with the ghetto stack tirz /maz, tirz 5mg Sunday & maz 6mg Wednesday, I had been running tirz 5mg for several months (diabetics maintaince dose)
titrated up on the maz from 2mg to 6 mg over 2 months the 6mg dose kicked it off, two days later I stopped both doses this week and it has got better almost completely gone. I think Ill titrate back up and stop at 4mg because it was helping.
when it was at its worse I dreaded riding to work the railroad tracks where my worst enemy if you know you know. -

I’m not looking forward to it happening again with ghetto reta or just a different vendor. Whatever I try next, I’ll go waaay slower. I did more of the higher dose that was in the studies instead of starting with 0.5.
My resting heart rate average also jumped 10 point per my watch data. That hasn’t gotten any better off reta yet either. More glucagon receptor activation issues. -
I have it bad. Back of scalp, under arms and thighs - just like a lot of people here mentioned. From what I've read, and has already been stated here, it's the receptors firing off and, to be honest...and I'm weird, but I am kinda partial to it. It lets me know that the shitty grey market/dark alley RETA I've been getting is actually RETA. The RHR and all the other listed side effects are definitely along for the ride as well. Lilly will definitely have to fight this one if they bring it to market for most people, though. This is through 4 different vendors and titrating up from 1 mg to 5 mg where I am at now. It started pretty heavy at around 2.5 mg. All in the name of research!

@dustingrieser Lol I was the same way at first! I was like, I damn well know I got the right stuff. But after a month, I can’t take it. It’s not any better, maybe worse. It’s been 8 days off and only minimally better. Lilly will have to do something about this. This is not a side effect that normal people will put up with. I’m willing to try another source, but you said it happened with 4 different sources you tried? But it got better despite pushing up the dose??

I have it on my eyelids,
So, is it a good thing? Like, is it waking up or healing my nerves or anything?
i would like to think it is good.@ed1 I heard eyelids are actually a common site for this to happen. And it’s not good or bad… it’s just that you know you have real reta if it’s happening. Not a vial of nondescript white powder you’re shooting up. Lol
But I feel like the tops of my thighs have to have blisters. I can’t believe there is no physical sign on me. It feels like a real burn, not a sunburn anymore. I had to stop it. -

I wouldn't say it got worse with the higher dosage but it certainly didn't get better. The level of burn stayed about the same after 2.5 on up. Feel the burn. Edit -yes, the source did not matter. It's just a straight up effect of RETA and there's no way most people are going to put up with it if the numbers are true at 20% at higher doses.

Did any of you have this? Did you notice it with certain vendors over other ones? If yours went away how long did it take?
If it's vendor related, what do you think could be causing it? I really like that Crush has heavy metal screening. It's concerning that there is any in the products at all but there are heavy metals in our foods and environmental too. Do we trust ILS with those scores.
Would a filter clean these out too? Seem worth a try?
