Every now and then AI has an ace up its sleeve.

I asked Gemini to point to any articles that cover the majority of conditions and pathways I’ve ask it about. It came up with this article.
    https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8224793/

I searched for TMG here and I know at least two other researchers take it.

I’m on day two and the only way I can discribe how I feel is the first time i took adderall- where the world suddenly became quit and the clouds were removed from my head. Plus the time I took way too much KPV- where nothing hurt and I had crystal clear vision. The way I feel has me asking if TMG was the missing link I’ve been looking for.

Recent events that lead to this. July bloodwork for before I started BHRT had my serum B12 so high it was above measurements and High homocysteine. I stoped taking all supplements, Rx medications including my thyroid medication, protein drinks, and peptides except for my GLP-1 (R3). I started my BHRT. Test in September for my hormone levels and it showed high b12 and homocysteine still.

I will continue with TMG and do bloodwork again in a month. I will update this post after bloodwork. If the b12 levels drop below “exceeds testing value” it will mean TMG is allowing b12 to enter my cells.

Some of the key words that lead to the article were fatty liver, mitochondrial dysfunction, anhedonia, cox-2 inflammation, homocysteine, b12, mthfr

I started using TMG 3g and my homocysteine went down from 11 to 7 roughly at the same time. Coincidence? Maybe, or maybe not.

I was taking this a while back. Would be interesting to add it back into my current stack.

TMG 1 gram daily for me and I've been doing it for a couple of years. I need those methil donors to keep my homocysteine levels in check.

I’m using the NOW version in tablet form. Now is made in the state I live in so most of my supplements are that brand. I chose tablet over gel cap due to betaine anhydrous wants to absorb water and oxidize, which makes it ineffective.

Shaqdiesel, you are one of the forum members I found that had stated you take it.

I love nutricost. I use their creatine, D3/K2, and a few others. Generally their supplements are a very good value, get lots of great reviews, and test very well for purity and, you know, actually containing what it says on the box.

                          Now is good too.

Thanks everyone. I've been hesitant to get my supplements form nutricost- but seeing so many here are using them I've decided to give them a try for their multi collagen and creatine.

Nutricost is great to work with. I’ve requested CoAs on all supps, they provided without any issues.
