Hey y'all! Geez, I sound like Paula Deen. HA! Anyway, it's been another good week in my journey to wellness. I'm 11 lbs away from having lost 100 lbs since I started on this path in December. I'm freakin blown away by how powerful Tirzepatide really is. And I consider myself extremely blessed that I respond so well to the medication, because I've never had to go above 4.25 mg of my compounded Tirzepatide. I must add though that I did incorporate Survodutide into the mix just to get that added benefit of the glucagon receptor for my liver. My weekly average has slowed a bit which I expected. This past month I averaged 1.1 lbs per week. I expect that to slow even more as I've shifted to a more high-intensity heavy-weight routine. IMG_1446.jpeg IMG_1444.jpeg

Congrats on your progress, that is awesome! Tirz was an absolute game changer for me, not just the WL but the many other benefits. I took a break from it, but now back to it and hoping I respond as good or better this 2nd round. Keep going!
