    @denti

    Reta has many benefits that Elora alone doesn’t have.
    The GIP helps lower blood sugar and increases insulin sensitivity. The Glucagon tells the liver to release stored fat to burn as energy, plus increases your resting metabolism. There are also more benefits such as reducing or eliminating Sleep Apnea, plus more they are just discovering such as reducing incidents of heart problems and lowering Type 3 Diabetes (Alzheimer’s).
    So Elora does a better job with appetite suppression and food noise but none of the other added benefits.

      @mikebricker I don’t have apnea I have been tested but I am sleeping better on Elora for sure. It could be an N1. I had a similar outcome on Pinealon where my REM and Deep sleep numbers shot up. It’s so new to all of us so I am continuing to mess around and see what works better.

        @Stevepep Off topic, but I’m looking at doing a “longevity stack” in parallel this November Epithalon 2mg, Pinealon 1mg, and Cortagen 1mg daily in parallel for 30 days. Gotta do that research!

          @mikebricker love it: I haven’t tried Cartogan it’s on my list. I have had good results from Pinnealon. On Epithalon I am about to compare telomeres I did a before and next week I am sending in the after.

              @Stevepep I’m transitioning to the Loretta stack in two weeks. Currently 5mg Tirz and 1.6mg Reta. I’m dropping Tirz and adding Elora 1mg. It seems I’m just not getting the appetite control I was with Tirz (Reta never was good at that), and didn’t want to titrate up. Plus I was hitting the GLP-1 and GIP receptors twice. This way I hit the three from Reta (with very weak GLP-1) and add the targeted Amlyn receptor with Elora.
              I’ve gone from 202 pounds to 174 pounds since May, and want to get to 165 pounds. Those last 9 or 10 will be tough.

                    I must have missed something. Are you saying that the % 99.521 Janoshik results for uther is not accurate or that more than one vial needs to be tested?

                        @mary Nexaph is about the only one I would trust with regards to testing, because they follow up with customer tests. I've sent my own vials for testing through them.

                        Vendors can hand pick the vials to test, so vendor test reports are mostly for reference and shouldn't be taken as a true representation of the kit that the customer may receive.

                          Please explain the "bubbly". I am very weary of any of the group buy Elora. The API has been all over the place in regards to quality. They claim "ring" testing but then don't use a testing place that can truly run this expensive option.

                            @mary I noticed Cagri is bubbly too, by which I mean it creates a lot of bubbles if not used very slowly. Cagri is also an amylin agonist, not sure how close they are molecularly.

                              This is interesting! I don't see the "Bubbly" thing with Cagri. I recon in the vial, then transfer/filter in a pen cart. Clear and no bubbles in either.

                                @Bullseye I didn't mean it wasn't clear, the bubbles float at the top. It may be nothing special, just an observation, I noticed it with some other lyophilized powders, but not with all. It may even be up to which excipient was used. Ijust reconstituted it a few days ago and had to wait a lot till the bubbles disappeared after I filtered it.

                                  @Randy , How did you submit an order through AFI? I've been trying to submit an order to test several research analytes, but when I try to place an order, I get the message that 'Orders Temporarily Paused. We are not currently accepting new orders. Please check back shortly for updates.' Are they in trouble? Will they be shutting down? I wanted to use them, because you have highly recommended them. Are there other labs that you would recommend? I've used Vanguard in the past (about 6 months ago), but they put the wrong vials in the images, results have taken several months and the communication is poor. Things may have changed. I'm testing several bioregulators from Biolongevity Labs and Peptidology and several peptides from Nexaph. My rats are getting anxious, but I don't want to endanger their lives.

                                    They dissipated quickly, however.

                                        @Bullseye why?

Clear and no bubbles in either.

                                          lol...it might be that extra .6 of the debated "something."
                                          I'm researching it anyway, I am so hypersensitive that I will probably notice if it is a problem contaminate. Also, lots of risk takers running this batch before 2nd verification, so unless it is some stealthy pathogen, you will hear about it all over the grey chats.
