Discussion: We Bought Eloralintide. Then the Lab Results Stopped Adding Up.

@peptidecritic @randy FWIW on Dustin's point of inconsistent vial quantities in the same manufacturing run β I remember seeing a Vanguard COA on a stateside vendor who tested multiple vials from the same batch and did have quantities varying between 28mg to 35mg. It was probably Reta.
I didn't buy seeing that much variation, and so don't have the COA in my folder, else would have shared it. Curious if Vanguard got the results from another lab on their exact vial and what was the number?
Regardless, THIS is the reason I like Peptide Critic and read this forum

Probably they will not disclose their round robin results.

Looks like itβs time for the members to boycott Vanguard.
I want to buy a box of the Chengdu Elora, but now Iβm confused over what the 10mg vials have? 10? 11? 12? Seems a good move would be to use 11 in my dosing.
Also, that has to be the most tested batch in history. At least we know the purityβ¦
@mikebricker go look at our multilab comparison article where we sent reta to the same labs. https://peptidecritic.com/lab-report/why-test-results-vary-between-labs-multi-lab-coa-comparison
This is an 11mg average batch. Thats how it works in this space. We tested the nexaph bottles of elora at afi and vanguard and got lower numbers than jano.
Plus/minus 10% is kind of the norm. much more than that and we start asking questions and paying for more testing

Vanguard dropped the ball here. Human error happens. Even to the best labs.

Why canβt we just get a lab to be accurate on everything itβs Jano or bust at this point

@Randy Thanks. Appreciate the info. I ran QA for a Navy Nuclear Submarine maintenance facility for a few years when I was active duty. QC is just as important as QA. Looks like Vanguard thought they had the QA but dropped the ball on QC with these samples. They need to do fact finding to determine the root cause of their SNAFU.

Why didn't anyone actually test the same vials that vanguard offered to send them of the samples that tested high? That seems like it would have actually provided you a useful data point and would have saved you money in testing.

@pep_researcher Not fair. The labs also use AI to generate fishy explanations of why they tested 150% the amount of the content (which is seen from a different font and spelling errors in few sentences they actually used a human to write).

@vpeps
Yeah so that's not right either. I meant robots to do precise dilutions is okay, but labs using LLM apps to hallucinate on test reports is not okay β that AI use is strict no no. Hehe -

Pray for the vials tested on Fridays.
