Klotho / FLGR242 (albumin-bound new tech)
-
Yeah, totally stonewalled. They sent me to Jay’s defunct channel, their web site, and a skool.
-
Now they’re asking me if I am happy with the response they gave me.. this week has been an all around goat rodeo, but life is good.
-
So tried to download and pin the FLGR cheat sheet (PDF) which is behind the subscription to Jay's FOH community. File size is too large. Plus it's kinda proprietary so maybe for the best. So I'm gonna do this the old fashioned way and type it.
Men's Cycle: Run continuously for up to 36 weeks (3 phases) then 6-12 weeks off to reset
Weeks 1-12 2.5mg/week or 5mg every two weeks
Weeks 13-24. 5.0 mg weekly split- 2.5mg Tuesday + 2.5mg Friday
Optional Weeks 25-36 10mg/week(max)
*** implies this is for folks making gains for show prep, cover shoots, etc.
There's also a women's cycle which is essentially half of everything above.
Now the way actual users are handling dosing is all over the place. Some daily, some 2-3 times a week, weekly, etc.
There is little science because we are the science! The video Pete linked on X a few days ago is about how most of the YouTube videos unfolded so worth a listen if you want to meet the chemist. Listening toJay Campbell is kinda like eating fish eggs- you can do it but you might have to plug your nose. No dis' on your culinary choices Pete! -
Thats interesting. So did it help or hinder weight loss? Retas stalled for my ts. Inquiring minds and all that. Haha also is there even a grey vendor for these? Seems like the lionsshare is gate kept by a bunch of american resellers with single syllable names like chip and rod.
It is a VERY complicated construct. I would NOT even think of going outside (grey) the current ecosystem right now. WAY too risky from multiple aspects. Just buy it on sale with quantity discounts.
Consider your question! 'Weight loss" is not my goal and should NOT be your question. Body composition is. I'm up 17 lbs from bottom (155lbs), and now 12.5% body fat. So, fat way down, lean mass way up in 5 months. At age 65 what i did was "impossible" (lol)
You need to be quantifying your body composition. I use an InBody H30 with religiously repeated weighing parameters- AM, after toilet/sauna/resistance workout/shower. It must be identical regimen prior to every measure for repeatability. Absolute numbers not critical, but you get a clear TREND.

First off, thanks for sharing your experience in such detail.
I am a slightly younger, old dude at 57, so I am reading your progress with great interest.
I will not be purchasing kg's of caviar or going full carnivore, but I am guessing most people who will be using this peptide won't be on any of those eating protocols.
I did note that you are researching a bunch of 'supportive' elements. This is probably near impossible for you to answer, but it's worth a shot. At this point in time, I am not really interested in researching TRT and/or the GH Route. I'm not saying never , but that's just me at this point in time.
Are you able to discern how much of the gains are solely from the FLGR242 ? Do you feel that there are synergies between the GH and T and FLGR242 ?
I know this is totally speculative, but do you feel that someone not researching GH or T would see some form of noticeable results ?
Thanks for sharing, cheers!

A proper diet, especially no sugars, no carbs, and avoidance of plants/nuts/beans that are chock full of anti-nutrients (look it up) is the base of the protocol and success pyramid.
If a person eats sugar, flour, and beans all day, we can't be friends and you will find no successes. Same for being fat, fix that first otherwise you are wasting time and money. Just facts and I won't sugarcoat
the facts. If your CGM is crying for mercy and emitting smoke every day while measuring your glucose levels, you are failing and will continue to fail. With that said, to answer your good questions, yes I DO have experience now that TRT, TRT+ and TRT++ will provide synergistic results, at every step, all the way up.
I measured my specs on the InBody yesterday and frankly it is scary what is happening with my body composition. The Lean Mass and Skeletal Muscle Mass just keep marching higher, fat keeps dropping. It's crazy.
The pre-fun stuff with FLGR only accounts for better than 50% of that, closer to 70%.
For someone desiring to experiment with their new metabolism after fixing being fat and their diet, FLGR is the key to unlock what should otherwise not be possible for a mid-60's man. My numbers are "impossible" by conventional standards. I fcking love it and I love this research journey and I will be proudly showing this 12% BF body on my upcoming vacation.

Seth Capehart just made a pretty good video about T and all that where he basically said what you just did, @peptidepete .
Before anything else, fix your diet, your sleep, and work out for six months. See how that works. Then try other stuff. Because like you said, if you don’t and won’t do that anyway, all the other stuff won’t help the way it should. And if you do all the other stuff and won’t eat right and exercise, you’re wasting your money anyway.

100% pure truth, thank you for the comment.
7 years ago an "anti-aging" doc gave me test cyp and omnitrope prescription and addressed zero of what needed fixing (diet/visceral fat) for those to work. It was a fcking disaster. My labs turned to crap within months and I felt like sht.
I took myself off everything after 3 years and went to see Dr. Sean O'Mara. Was MRI scanned and as I knew, I was riddled with visceral fat. Embraced the new protocol IN EVERY DETAIL with no fcking excuses for past 3+ years. X3 Force bar 15 minutes/session, 2-3x weekly. Transformed within the first few months and maintained therafter. The required foundation for anything and everything else.
With that fundamental floor in place I have been able to research FLGR, Test (now sublingual oralonly.com) and GH and other fun stuff and achieve amazing benefits not otherwise possible with labs and scans that are beautiful.
A person either figures out the reality of optimization and earns amazing successes, or adds another failure to their life, simple as that. Put in the homework and work and earn your benefits. Easy peazy.

@PeptidePete I assume you meant Dr. Sean O'Mara. Does he have you doing sprints too? I know he is a big fan of sprinting. That is what got me started on sprints. It really has helped a lot for reducing visceral fat. Along with dialing everything else in as well.

Yes. Sorry, don't know WTH I got Dean from. SEAN. LOL. I fixed it now, thanks.
Sprinting is magic. Folks who want to "play the game" and win, sprint. IYKYK

Update- After going to "full-throttle" (full-regimen) and holding it there for about two months, I am going to lift and cruise for a few months or longer. It's fun and crazy what a researcher can achieve when inclined to do so

FLGR was the fundamental key to unlock what should be impossible for us more mature folks. The other stuff was absolutely highly synergistic and additive. Do your homework and don't believe anyone.
Current path is now TRT++ -> TRT+ for next months. FLGR from 1.25mg per day every day, to 5mg once per week, every week. Rationale being I have maxxed an initial growth spurt (again, see the Bimagrumab charts for a likely analogous response curve), have all the muscle I want, and will cruise the FLGR with no break "forever". Quite thrilled with results.
Trust me, I never had vascularity prior to FLGR, FWTW. Wife doesn't like it, I love it. Legs are similar not quite as pronounced.
I would look forward to other FLGR experience posts! I would suggest less than 6 continuous months on it is a wasted effort.

@peptidepete hey brother.
Just to go back on your journey.
How much Test are you doing and how long?
Are you doing any secretagoges or GH?
Were you lifting before FLGR?
I ask because this is my journey.

You are an inspiration for all who aspire to improve!Similar path, Wow!
Great questions.
Test- I do one pump sublingual Oralonly.com, my prescription is 30mg/ml, one pump is 30mg. Once daily, every morning first thing subsequent to waking. So that equates to 210mg per week. No negative sides, none. Labs are perfect- SHBG very low, E2 too low (using EstroGel right now in fact!), Free test very high, no effect on Hemo/Hematocrit. Used since late Dec approx when I began FLGR. As noted, I did prescription test cyp self-IM inj years ago with crap results, certainly no vascularity or muscle gain and disaster labs.
I did GH secretagoges for approx 3 months- Ipa, Tesa, CJC-1295 WITH DAC (written up in different thread). Lab tests were great. Discontinued in approx March to begin GH at various IU doses 2-8IU (research!). Jury still out on which one prefer, I get extremity edema higher than 4IU, everyone is different for neg sides.
I have never "lifted" or even been in a gym. All I do is X3 2-3x per week, 15 min per session. I'll do 20 minute walk 2-3 days per week incorporating sprints.
I did Reta for approx Nov-Feb, it REALLY stunted my muscle growth as it did with you. But, helped get the stubborn fat off and out.
Currently I am up 14.5lbs Skeletal Muscle Mass, +21lbs Soft Lean Mass, Body Fat from 17% to 12.7% (remember I have been strict carnivore for nearly 4 years, so a good starting base), weight 155lbs to 174lbs.
Just discontinued 4 weeks or an oral AAS, still doing a oil AAS. The mildest of both at low doses. The oral gave me heartburn and reflux, glad to go off of it. First time in my life I have researched them. I might stay on the oil all year, have to see. Course these require careful monitoring and "ancillaries".

Awesome! FLGR242 is being described as "the fountain of youth" by one compounder we know and another is calling it "bollocks" I know alpha biomed is supplying biolongevity and paramount with the same thing. I may be a rat but I'm glad you are doing the research for us ;).
If this is a myostatin inhibitor without the risks/drawbacks it will change everything.
@Randy Sorry I'm so late to the show. My provider directed me to Alpha BioMed Labs since I too am a health care provider who qualified to open an account with them. That company hosted a Zoom meeting with Mike Farber who specifically talked about how alpha-KlothoLR was not the monoclonal antibody, but the one modified with an albumin carrier to extend the longevity of the large protein. What confused me was that I then looked at the Alpha BioMed website. It was selling alpha-Klotho MAB and specifically said it was the monoclonal antibody. Fast forward to Google search engine, and I stumbled upon Biolongevity Lab's "alpha-KlothoLR." However, the COA to that read "alpha-Klotho MAB." So what is going on here? BLL sells alpha-Klotho cheaper than it is on Alpha Biomed (the supplier?) website.
I then perused all the products on the Alpha BioMed website. No COAs are published. I came on the PeptideCritic website hoping there was some commentary about Alpha BioMed. I reached out to this company and their support was clueless. In the RUO, PUO, CUO space, most reputable companies I've stumbled upon publish COAs, real and fake ones. Alpha BioMed does not?
How do they intend to sell any peptides if they don't have a clue about what they are selling? Or maybe some Poindexter-like character is hidden away in some hidden corner making peptides or rocket fuel for the Master Cylinder, and no one else at the company knows what is going on. How do they intend to sell to consumers or rat doctors?

@ImaFrogNotaRat alpha biomed and paramount are the same thing. they stopped prodcuing coa's about 6 months ago. Im not sure what Trevor is up to over there anymore.

@ImaFrogNotaRat good luck with getting information from these companies. I have asked them many questions already, basic ones, about what they sell. Most of the time they are unable to answer clearly, not that they say they don't know, they just give me some irrelevant, or nonsensical or clearly wrong information. If I follow up, it usually ends up in "if you want to know what we sell to you, you must test it yourself". Also, these sites have many mistakes and mixups in product names, formulas, molar masses, etc., so you have to be a detective to decrypt it.
-
@imafrognotarat They are mostly selling through T clinics and dr’s offices where noobs and regular folks pay $400 for a 5mg vial of sermorelin or 5/5 wolverine and don’t know what a COA is or to question the purity of it because it comes through a ‘legit’ source and says PUO on the bottle.
The beauty of the medical industrial complex is that people will take almost anything you tell them to without questioning it because they’re the experts.
