Seth Capehart just made a pretty good video about T and all that where he basically said what you just did, @peptidepete .

Before anything else, fix your diet, your sleep, and work out for six months. See how that works. Then try other stuff. Because like you said, if you don’t and won’t do that anyway, all the other stuff won’t help the way it should. And if you do all the other stuff and won’t eat right and exercise, you’re wasting your money anyway.

100% pure truth, thank you for the comment.

7 years ago an "anti-aging" doc gave me test cyp and omnitrope prescription and addressed zero of what needed fixing (diet/visceral fat) for those to work. It was a fcking disaster. My labs turned to crap within months and I felt like sht.

I took myself off everything after 3 years and went to see Dr. Sean O'Mara. Was MRI scanned and as I knew, I was riddled with visceral fat. Embraced the new protocol IN EVERY DETAIL with no fcking excuses for past 3+ years. X3 Force bar 15 minutes/session, 2-3x weekly. Transformed within the first few months and maintained therafter. The required foundation for anything and everything else.

With that fundamental floor in place I have been able to research FLGR, Test (now sublingual oralonly.com) and GH and other fun stuff and achieve amazing benefits not otherwise possible with labs and scans that are beautiful.

A person either figures out the reality of optimization and earns amazing successes, or adds another failure to their life, simple as that. Put in the homework and work and earn your benefits. Easy peazy.

@PeptidePete I assume you meant Dr. Sean O'Mara. Does he have you doing sprints too? I know he is a big fan of sprinting. That is what got me started on sprints. It really has helped a lot for reducing visceral fat. Along with dialing everything else in as well.

Yes. Sorry, don't know WTH I got Dean from. SEAN. LOL. I fixed it now, thanks.

Sprinting is magic. Folks who want to "play the game" and win, sprint. IYKYK

Update- After going to "full-throttle" (full-regimen) and holding it there for about two months, I am going to lift and cruise for a few months or longer. It's fun and crazy what a researcher can achieve when inclined to do so 😀

FLGR was the fundamental key to unlock what should be impossible for us more mature folks. The other stuff was absolutely highly synergistic and additive. Do your homework and don't believe anyone.

Current path is now TRT++ -> TRT+ for next months. FLGR from 1.25mg per day every day, to 5mg once per week, every week. Rationale being I have maxxed an initial growth spurt (again, see the Bimagrumab charts for a likely analogous response curve), have all the muscle I want, and will cruise the FLGR with no break "forever". Quite thrilled with results.

Trust me, I never had vascularity prior to FLGR, FWTW. Wife doesn't like it, I love it. Legs are similar not quite as pronounced.

I would look forward to other FLGR experience posts! I would suggest less than 6 continuous months on it is a wasted effort.

What a transformation! Very nice! Congrats on all the smart, hard work! 👍 You are an inspiration for all who aspire to improve!

                    Similar path, Wow!

                    Great questions.

Test- I do one pump sublingual Oralonly.com, my prescription is 30mg/ml, one pump is 30mg. Once daily, every morning first thing subsequent to waking. So that equates to 210mg per week. No negative sides, none. Labs are perfect- SHBG very low, E2 too low (using EstroGel right now in fact!), Free test very high, no effect on Hemo/Hematocrit. Used since late Dec approx when I began FLGR. As noted, I did prescription test cyp self-IM inj years ago with crap results, certainly no vascularity or muscle gain and disaster labs.

I did GH secretagoges for approx 3 months- Ipa, Tesa, CJC-1295 WITH DAC (written up in different thread). Lab tests were great. Discontinued in approx March to begin GH at various IU doses 2-8IU (research!). Jury still out on which one prefer, I get extremity edema higher than 4IU, everyone is different for neg sides.

I have never "lifted" or even been in a gym. All I do is X3 2-3x per week, 15 min per session. I'll do 20 minute walk 2-3 days per week incorporating sprints.

I did Reta for approx Nov-Feb, it REALLY stunted my muscle growth as it did with you. But, helped get the stubborn fat off and out.

Currently I am up 14.5lbs Skeletal Muscle Mass, +21lbs Soft Lean Mass, Body Fat from 17% to 12.7% (remember I have been strict carnivore for nearly 4 years, so a good starting base), weight 155lbs to 174lbs.

Just discontinued 4 weeks or an oral AAS, still doing a oil AAS. The mildest of both at low doses. The oral gave me heartburn and reflux, glad to go off of it. First time in my life I have researched them. I might stay on the oil all year, have to see. Course these require careful monitoring and "ancillaries".

That vascularity! haha I can relate! 👍

Thankfully at now 2.5mg once weekly my wife has not developed the vascularity.
