    Ok, buckle up, caffeinate, bookmark.

I said I was dropping to 2.5mg weekly FLGR. I lied. I changed my mind for the sake of personal research and due to new info coming in over the transom. For a period of time (x months) I am doing one vial FLGR 3x per week. So 15mg+/- per week. Xmas in July gave me 48 more vials to add to my existing stash of 46 vials.

I've previously mentioned Liz Parrish, linked below is her latest video. Readers of this thread are going to find it thought-provoking on multiple levels. Oh yeah...She invented Follistatin and Klotho gene therapy. I now deeply regret having done an injection of FOX04-DRI. Senescent cells are turning out to NOT be what they are sold as- dead waste. Does Follistatin have a max dose? Watch the video and get ready for shock.

Relevant side notes- it is my understanding the gene therapy (either of the two kinds) has not been as efficacious and durable as originally thought. BioLongevity Labs FLGR/Klotho FTW. Also- after watching the expose video on Adeel Khan I would NEVER do any injected gene therapy.

Shifting gears: Lesson learned the hard way- CHECK YOUR FERRITIN. Some "influencers" yapping YOU GOTTA GIVE BLOOD all the time. Wrong mofo, you need to get labs done and quantify where you are. Operating under information previously thought correct, I did therapeutic phlebotomies every two months for several years when I was incorrectly using injected testosterone. Terrible mistake, I tanked my ferritin to 15-20 ng/ml and the downstream effects of that are manifold. Including fcking up your thyroid function. NOT GOOD.

Doesn't matter WHAT your hematocrit is (specifically) that results from testosterone use, you should NEVER get bled. Pull that string...spoiler alert- tell me why blood doping athletes don't drop dead all the time. Fucking stupid ass mainstream "doctors" will fucking kill you with their ignorance.

So I am on a strict daily diet of baked (kills the pathogens) oysters + octopus legs + scrambled eggs for the next month or two to rebuild my levels. No, NOT beef (not as much heme iron!) and sure as fck not spinach (iron bound by nasty oxalates). Not liver because I don't want Vit A overdose (it's a thing). Do your research. Use lemon juice on the seafood to loosen the iron binding and enhance bioavailability. After a week, I already feel much better.

I think DIEGOC and I are brothers with different mothers. Anyone having a question for me, see if he has already spoke of it, because most likely I have the same view he does.

Another gear shift: A few weeks ago I initiated research of adding Test Cyp, EOD, to my OralOnly.com sublingual T in an effort to restart my Estradiol aromatization which I unintentionally took to zero due to an excess of an "oil" I've been researching. Lesson learned, that's research. I'll be tracking my labs to see if adding the EOD Cyp alters the otherwise perfect SHBG/Hematocrit/Hemoglobin/Prolactin/DHT on the sublingual only.

All this stuff is fully interconnected with FLGR/Klotho. It ALL works together as gears in a gearbox. One broken gear tooth or gear, and you'll be going nowhere fast.

Shift to overdrive- I have now researched Cell Factors MAX twice, I swear I feel a difference, feel "better" and "clearer". Yeah mushy stuff. Do your research, there is real science behind this. I just stocked up on sale. Never reconstitute with BAC water, ONLY Sterile Water!! BAC instantly degrades it.

Do you think now it kills off too much of the senescent cells? You need to leave some for its purposes or simply to carry-on the genome?

@PeptidePete I did watch the video, thank you, I really liked it. That's why I asked. She didn't directly reference FOXO4-DRI, only said it is only her hypothesis, not a theory, no proof, that it's not a great idea to use senolytics because in the bone marrow you are going to wash out the senescent precursor cells to the stem cells, and it is better to have at least senescent cells there than just empty holes.
I don't see why necessarily a senescent precursor cell is better than no cell, it's not dividing anyway. I may guess those holes might be filled with new younger cells because there will be space there now. Maybe she is right, maybe not.
I bought FOXO4-DRI for research at some point. I was planning to use it in a very short course, maybe 2-3 injections over a week, follow it with plasmapheresis to wash out the dead cell material from the blood, and also (important) precede FOXO with a course of Humanin to try bringing as many as possible cells out of senescence first. Then FOXO4-DRI would only affect the cells that can't be rejuvenated.
But I may reconsider using FOXO4-DRI with this information in mind.
There is also a bone marrow peptide extract Bonomarlot (Bonocore) that is claimed to restore red bone marrow to supply stem cells, I am planning to research it too.

I was in the Jay Campbell community for a month before I got pissed off and left. Almost the whole community got mad at me for talking about how tesamorelin doesnt need to be in the fridge after reconstitution. Couple of them basically called me a liar and started raving about all the results they had on tesa purchased through biolongevity labs. They all put it in the fridge after mixing and none of them ever had it gel on them or get cloudy. I made the comment that it doesnt sound like they were getting actual tesamorelin and then I posted the reconstitution instructions from the Egrifta website. The site speaks to how they had to alter the original tesamorelin due to cold gelling. Anyways im not welcome in that community anymore. Kind of let me know the level of integrity over there. Plus that dude charges insane money for bioregulators in injection form. I wont purchase anything from Jay Campbell. I dont mean to offend anyone, but to have all them people argue with me against the storage protocol on something that is widely proven and discussed made me think they were all brainwashed. You know who else is brainwashed?! Zombies, so there ya go. My chupacabra said he would make a pair of boots out of me if he caught me buying peptides for him from BLL.

This clown (Holyfield) has no clue what he is talking about, as already noted multiple times downthread.

If you don't understand my comment, then you are not understanding Follistatin (details downthread). AI generated slop does not equal wisdom.

The point is that once you lose/kill/remove the few stem cells you have remaining, THAT'S IT. They NEVER grow back or can be replaced. That is the current understanding. I'm 65, I only have a few left unless I already burned them with my FOX04 course.

Humanin...I researched this heavily before dosing, I was very interested, and chose NOT to use it even once. I'd urge you to look very carefully before using it.

Spoiler- research the different versions of humanin, I would not touch it.

No humanin, sure as hell no FOX04. Far too many unknowns, said as a peptide fan who ran GHK-Cu at 15-20mg per day for months.

@vpeptides I would recommend more research before researching FOX-04. I was very enthusiastic about it until I dug a bit deeper and got into how they don’t entirely know if senescent cells are all bad, whether cleared stem cells would be replaced, etc. There are a few other unknowns as well. It looks promising, but there are too many unknowns even for this risk taker.

I gotta do more research on Cell Factors and build a Follistatin/FLGR242 protocol for the winter.

Yeah, well, I’m just here for the research, man. - The Dude

@ResearchCat Cell Factors look very very interesting. I am planning to research α-Klotho, and a low dose of 🇨🇳R242 to see the effect on fat%, in the tests and overall. FOXO4-DRI can wait 20 years or so in my case.
But I am surprised you all are skeptical on Humanin. I do need to research more.

@diegoc 6 months - $1,422.15. Per month - $237. So $187 is cheaper still. The only difference is that B complex, but it won't hurt, I guess.

Anything to MID-35 as far as myostatin blocking compounds go?

Fatigue isn't much of a problem as long as you EAT. Like, a lot. Your body is building muscle. Give it the building blocks!

Hey Klotho contingent. So picked up a stash for me and the missus to run 6 months each. Thoughts on using standard dosing every 2 weeks vs half dose weekly. Chime in dudes!

@Stones67 As I understand, with αKlothoLR (if you are talking about that one) you don't have much choice, the dosage is fixed, definitely not more:
                                          Induction: 10mcg Every 2-4 Weeks (Months 0-6).
Maintenance: 10mcg Every 4 Weeks. No cycling required
biological half-life of albumin it attaches to is 18-21 days, you need to avoid overdosing that 10mcg.
I guess if you dose 5 mcg every week it may cause a higher concentration, which is dangerous.
