    @quicksilver80

    10 mg/kg IV infusion every 4 weeks, over 60–120 minutes (max 150 mL/hour).
    At 10 mg/kg, a 70 kg adult needs 700 mg — 4-5 vials.

      In regards to the FLGR242, are you guys seeing any benefit of split dosing as opposed to one large weekly injection? I’m currently on the weekly but have been contemplating splitting it up a little when I titrate up once I hit week 9(ish)

        @MacLeeezy My biggest concern is that with the SlimAssist version of FLGR-242, if say, I want to actually use 4 mg (2 doses) at once, I'd be doubling the amount of B-vitamin too. I should have asked Mike Farber if splitting the dose, say, would even make a difference. In other words, I wonder if the modified albumin binding would also extend the longevity of the Vitamin B too. I would think not, since that is comprised of different molecules.

        The epigenome is malleable. Squish responsibly.

          What are the known downsides to having too much B vitamins that come in Slim Assist?

            @denti Even though B-Vitamins are water soluble, mega-doses can cause:

            Vitamin B6 Toxicity - peripheral neuropathy
            Vitamin B3 (niacin) -skin flushing. Liver toxicity in extreme amounts.
            Vitamin B9 (folate) - can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency.

            We're getting 1000 mcg of Vitamin B-Complex with two vials, but I'm not sure what the individual amounts of the B vitamins we are getting in that.

            The epigenome is malleable. Squish responsibly.

              I have avoided this thread since I joined 2 months ago because it was just So Much. But I just read the whole thing. WOW, I’m so invested in seeing you guys’s progress! This FLGR is fascinating! I have FOMO, but I’ll wait for the next sale. I need to up my lifting game more first. I have a trainer now, so accountability is a motivator. Lol. I love cardio and have hated lifting, but I need to put my big girl pants on and buckle down.
