@ResearchCat The last 2 months of glp1 (terzepatide) I lost 2 more inches off my waist, but stayed the same weight - so that showed me muscle gain. 3 days/wk 75 minutes heavy weights push to failure. 63 yrs and it whips me, but sure feel good. Point being, glp1 working while I'm taking 3mg/wk flgr242

@mole Yep, I understand. The point is that in many cases, people are running extreme calorie deficits while on GLP-1’s, which makes it difficult to get enough calories and protein on board to build muscle.

In one of the Dr Jones videos a while back, he was talking about studies showing the difference between what people on GLP-1’s thought they were eating vs what they were eating. In many cases, people were eating 800-1000 calories a day for weeks and thinking they were eating more alike 1,600.

If you are micro-dosing or exceptional, you can probably manage it. I am just pointing out the concern.

    Great job.

@SpaceGhost Be that as it may, if it is indeed true through this "backdoor" link, it is now twice as expensive with that Labor Day sale gone.

I went on FOH, and one of his admins said there are no active talks about bringing it back. I can't tell if this just a marketing ploy or what. Perhaps they didn't expect all of us to see the value in this, and trying to move their FLGR242 product? This is just a guess. Just have to wait for another holiday special.

@ImaFrogNotaRat This product is not really needed. If you need vitamin B, just get it anywhere separately. What people need is FLGR242 to dose it as needed, not thinking about how much vitamin B you'll get with it. If you need 6 mg a week, with SlimAssist you get a horse dose of vitamin B, unneeded and not safe. They got rid of this product, now they just need to adjust the price of their FLGR242 to be a more attractive buy.

@vpep Yep, I am sure that most people buying SlimAssist were buying it as an arbitrage on the price of FLGR and don’t give a hoot about the vitamin B. And the BLL people are probably smart enough to know that.

I am on my 4th week on SlimAssist. I took 2 mg the 1st week, that was too much, so I skipped a week and took 1 mg on the 3rd week. That felt good. So I tried 2 mg this week, and it's too much again. I am pumped up like a ball and every muscle hurts. I will go back to 1 mg.

            @mole hey brother…

Its pretty incredible when your building muscle and loosing fat, trust me its tricky.

I went 3 months on a 1lb difference on the scale and it was as like 10lbs of muscle and all the fat loss.

So in the beginning the scale is pretty much the only thing your really using to see progress, because imagine the calipers on the belly if your really over weight.

I tell everyone, take pictures weekly in the same spot, no eating and log in everything.

In the beginning I was actually measuring my belly but I gave up on that, what really works is,

Pictures, Calipers, and the scale but pictures tell you whats really happening

Cell Factor #1 down. Process seems to have worked pretty well. 30g 1.5” needle to reconstitute and draw. 31g 8mm needle to inject. 1ml luer lock syringe. Not the most comfortable jab ever, but no apparent juice wasted.

Note that the plunger on this particular syringe has an extension that apparently serves to eliminate the dead space at the end of the lock so there isn’t much left in the intersection where the syringe engages the needle.

@vpeptides I'm totally not concerned about the Vitamin B. Yes, it's water soluble, and yes, I get more than I need in methylated form orally. I get Thorne wholesale. The only reason I was attracted to it, was the buy 10 get 15 free. The FLGR242, which I've been using, has just been much more expensive.

The epigenome is malleable. Squish responsibly.

Well, I’ve been looking into FLGR-242 since I first heard about it about a month ago while scrolling through YouTube videos. I was intrigued, but reading through this thread finally pushed me over the edge, and I took advantage of the Labor Day sale on BLL.

I feel like I’m stepping into territory I’m not very familiar with, though. Looking at the cakes in each vial, I noticed they seem pretty crumbly, which isn’t something I’m used to seeing with peptides.

So I wanted to ask those in the community who have been researching with FLGR-242: is this normal for this product? Is a crumbly-looking cake typical for FLGR-242, or should I be concerned about what I’m seeing?

Especially considering how much these cost per vial, I figured it was worth asking. This is normally way too rich for my blood! I’m definitely not used to spending this much on a single vial. 😂

From my understanding crumpled cakes is just a visual thing and nothing to be concerned about. As long as it reconstitutes clear you are good to go. If you have flakes or cloudiness AFTER reconstituting then you have an issue. So you are good to go with these vials you just posted.

@stevencarter Do you have another reliable source for injectable bioregulators? I'm a big fan of them and, like you, believe BLL's prices are insane for those. Only buy when they have their 50% off sales with an affiliate code that makes it 65% off.

Day 1 - Started the research first dose of Slim Assist on my Lab Rat....Mike at about 10:30 AM Today.

                        Diluted with 0.8ml of Hospira

First dose seemed to have gone smoothly. Mike did not complain of any site reactions or discomfort etc....his next dose will be 1mg next Tuesday.

Mike the Rat worked out shortly after his first research dose.

As one might expect, nothing of note happened.
