They say FLGR242 badly works with high dose of GLPs https://youtu.be/Ain-ubgfz0M?t=3246

@mmp the only reason that FLGR will not work on a GLP is because of lack of calories.

When i was on low dose Reta at 2mg i was able to hit my macros.

So if you use a GLP just for food noise then you should be ok.

Thats why i feel that FLGR shines after you have gone thrusting a recomp or going on a lean bulk then you wilk gain large amounts of muscle.

If your trying to loose a ton of weight and restrict your calories, i think its better to hold of FLGR.

Thats just my opinion on how to maximize the peptide, so its the reason why im saving mine for Jan 2027 when i go on a lean bulk.

A better option to loose weight and build muscle on a recomp is with a peptide that raises your IGF, a GLP and Testosterone, its called the Trinity Foundation.

Thats what took me from 30% BF to 14% and gained 20lbs of muscle

@diegoc You know, I was thinking something like this this morning and almost posted, but then my day went sideways. I think a lot of people may not think about the fact that they are effectively cutting depending on their GLP-1 dosing while also taking GHRH, FLGR, and other things that indicate a build phase. I know I don’t alway do it right.

Practically speaking, I need to design my cycles better so that i am hitting my calories and working out right when using FLGR and GHRH. Especially since my last cycle, I got more defined but didn’t meaningfully build muscle, and that can probably be attributed to not eating enough to support the load I was putting on.

My peptide bestie just finished a bit of a build phase, he gained 5 lbs, but 8 was gained muscle and he lost 3 lbs of fat. That’s a win.

      Thanks for bringing it up!

        @ResearchCat hey brother.

In a recomp you can loose fat and gain muscle, im living proof.

However you cant go from 30% BF to 8% BF in one go, you need to cut, then reverse, then cut again.

So in the cutting phase its tricky because your dropping calories and going flat to loose fat.

Im not saying you cant build muscle because you can, but the majority of the muscle i built was in the reverse phase of my diet, eating at maintenance.

So yeah you can gain 5lbs of muscle and loose fat, but if you really want to gain, strip the fat, then eat clean and at maintenance or a surplus and gain without gaining fat, thats were FLGR shines, well my belief for everything i read that you need to eat tons of calories.

Thats why i chose to cut now which summer is over, shread to bits, preserve muscle, run glycogen depleted, run flat, then reverse in December and start my lean bulk with FLGR in January.

        Im running a marathon not a sprint…

Thats how i have seen progress by consistency and sticking to a plan.

Thats why I believe in the Trinity foundation, then all the peptides just work better.

        Hit me up anytime 💪

Question for the crew on dispensing Cell Factors. Given the small reconstitution volume and the desire to extract a ‘full dose’, I was thinking of the following method:

            1. Reconstitute with .5 ml sterile water as directed
            2. Use a 1ml Luer lock syringe with 1.5” needle to pull the entire volume from the bottom into the syringe.
            3. Replace 1.5” needle with a 30g 8mm luer lock needle and use to inject.

The alternative is the standard method, and hope for minimal loss trying to draw the entire volume into a normal syringe, which always seems to lose some juice.

@PeptidePete P1 here - love ALL good info here - Pete, sure value what you say, have a question I couldn't find answered. Can't stomach Roe at all. No way. Uhuh can't do it. Or, yet - never say never. Why isn't Whey protein spoken about here? If what I've read/found out/heard Toro Poopoo?

Almost forgot - 6' and 195lbs. AND have vascularity again - been over 30 years!!!

Hey Mr. Mole! Wow, so awesome, thank you for your kind comments. Your journey sounds great!

I do not, nor would I ever use whey protein. Research bioavailability they are ALL grossly sub-optimal, ignore marketing BS!

If you want a drinkable, liquid, protein to use on low protein/fasting days I can suggest only ONE: Jaquish Biomedical Fortagen. Tastes terrible, proven to get the job done. John Jaquish is a GOAT, I totally respect him.

For solid protein- beef, goat, sheep are #1 best options as rich with healthy fats. Any animal NOT monogastic. Also of course soy-free/corn-free fed chick eggs. Salmon/cod/haddock are best fish. Quality farmed is OK!

To amplify your waist size comment- after I fixed everything, lost the fats, I wound up at 152lbs and wearing 31" waist pants. I'm now averaging 174lbs (FLGR baby!) AND...wearing the same 31" pants! THAT is body recomposition at it's finest and exactly what I sought.

Side note- I have now researched ATX-304/O-304 several times, for weeks at a time, at doses up to 600mg/day. I like it, a lot. But the full 600mg give me some weird feelings in chest and pulse when going to bed so backed it down a bit. Been using Umbrella Labs 100mg caps but have the brand new Kimera Chems Na/Salt version coming. Na is the actual version used in the human trials and the free-acid version everyone other than Kimera sells is not nearly as readily absorbed. Freebie comment that no one asked for...lol 🙂

@PeptidePete I see a lot of people buying from Kimera Chems. To register for account, you must enter your research approach to justify your particular research. Does anybody have some hints/examples to share on what to enter to get your account approved by a human?

@ResearchCat I wonder if using Luer Lock needle leaves some liquid in the tip of the needle? I actually think, if you are using 0.5 ml, the amount you would lose with a shorter needle with a regular insulin syringe is not significant at that concentration.

                attentiion is all you need

For most of those, you just select Individual researcher and that is it. There isn’t any actual verification that you own a lab coat and have a rat collection.

@vpep yeah, I figure there will be a small amount of loss either way, but I find I can usually get all of the juice out with a long needle pulling from the bottom rather than pulling from an inverted vial at the top.

I don’t care if I lose a few units on a $30 vial, but Cell Factors ain’t cheap. Either way, I’ll sort it out, but thought I’d solicit the team since others probably have more experience with it than I do.

                      I hear you, it’s liquid gold 😃

I use alot of luer locks with different type of needles, and yes there is a loss in the tip, how much, dont know however you have some options.

Load it in a pen cartridge and you loose a tiny bit as well or load the cell factors vial with 1.5 water and pull 1/2 and 1/2 with a 31g 6mm syringe and get 0 waste but a couple of dull pokes

Its probably worth doing it that way

@diegoc Thx, yeah, I was thinking more dilution would be less loss, and with a longer needle it probably shouldn’t be as bad. It’s a trade off either way.

This sounds like something relatively new. I don't recall having to add much when I made my account. If asked by one of these sites I usually respond with a snarky reason like "Independent, Pre-clinical research on swole" or some other dipshit comment. Hopefully the dude on the other end gets a chuckle.

@ResearchCat The last 2 months of glp1 (terzepatide) I lost 2 more inches off my waist, but stayed the same weight - so that showed me muscle gain. 3 days/wk 75 minutes heavy weights push to failure. 63 yrs and it whips me, but sure feel good. Point being, glp1 working while I'm taking 3mg/wk flgr242

@ResearchCat I wonder if using Luer Lock needle leaves some liquid in the tip of the needle? I actually think, if you are using 0.5 ml, the amount you would lose with a shorter needle with a regular insulin syringe is not significant at that concentration.

@vpep It's not just that. There are Terumo low-dead space needles as well. There is a trick to salvaging the last few drops from within your needle. Once you have filled your syringe, aspirate about 0.05 to 0.1 mL of air into your syringe. Holding the syringe with the needle attached and pointing DOWNWARD, flick the syringe body with your finger until the bubble moves upward toward the plunger. This is tricky with narrow lumen syringes as you may just flick more bubbles into it (because of surface tension). Another method I sometimes employ is to flick the entire syringe (capped needle) like you would an old-fashioned mercury thermometer. The centrifugal force will move the denser liquid toward the hub, and the air will remain between your liquid and plunger.

When you inject, the last thing to enter your needle will be that air bubble, which will push the remaining liquid into you. The needle you toss in the sharps container will just have air.

The epigenome is malleable. Squish responsibly.

@SpaceGhost Be that as it may, if it is indeed true through this "backdoor" link, it is now twice as expensive with that Labor Day sale gone.

I went on FOH, and one of his admins said there are no active talks about bringing it back. I can't tell if this just a marketing ploy or what. Perhaps they didn't expect all of us to see the value in this, and trying to move their FLGR242 product? This is just a guess. Just have to wait for another holiday special.
