I recently did a trial of subQ PE-22-28 to evaluate mood enhancement and increased memory and learning with my post-stroke research guinea pig.

While there was some improvement it was slight so I decided to run a trial with nasal administration. The difference is very noticeable! Onset is much quicker and benefits are much more obvious.

I'm looking into possibly trialing DSIP & pinealon. Curious if anyone has researched others on subQ vs nasal that were revealed to have better efficacy with nasal route?

I do glutathione as a nasal spray because it crosses the blood brain barrier easier. It also increases glutathione in the brain significantly over subq or iv. As long as your peptide has a molecule weight under 500 daltons it is a candidate for nasal administration. If it is a peptide that crosses the BBB you will get better concentrations in the brain and nervous system via nasal administration.
You can test using a nasal dart. It is an atomizer with luer lock end. It can be reused as long as it is only reused on the same research subject. You will also want to dilute with saline because bac water alone stings something terrible.

Peptides are only as good as your Bac Water

@brithus I'm currently using DSIP and have used Pinealon just recently. Both as nasals. I perhaps used Pinealon wrong and should have dosed first thing in the morning, but basically only used it at night. Didn't notice much. DSIP on the other hand gets bashed heavily in the anecdotal space and labeled as useless, however I like it. I don't think it's a game changer or anything and I don't have an Oura ring to track, but sure feels like I'm getting better deep sleep. Worth nothing that I'm two pins deep on Epitalon which I already love as a sleep tool. I may cycle DSIP and Pinealon just for shits and giggles at some point in the future.

@gym.rat In my experience, the GH stuff targets your deep sleep while the pinealon/epitalon target the REM sleep. That has been my experience during my research. I do use a ring to track my overall sleep, deep and REM. Cool stuff.

@Shaqdiesel Did nothing for my sleep and would argue it made it worse.

@gym.rat Dang that sucks. I guess that is why we all must do our own research. Everyone gets a different outcome and degrees of outcome.
