CoA at the bottom. How am I’m going to know which bottle corresponds with which amount. The bottles say 6mg so it’s unhelpful. Do I just do an average and hope for the best?

  • Starting and long term usage
    D DarkN00b

    Hello,
I’m getting ready to start my first cycle and have been looking into what others are running. Seeing other’s starting numbers has me curious if there is a general community consensus. I was originally planning to start at 0.5 mg, but now I’m considering bumping that up to 1 mg.

I also have a few questions regarding the long-term: I read that the standard recommendation is to increase the dosage every 4 weeks to give the body time to adjust. At what point do you typically stop increasing the dose, and what is the absolute maximum safe limit?

Another thing that came to mind is what should I do if the appetite suppression doesn't kick in? If I'm not seeing results after the initial 4-week window, is it better to increase the dosage or pivot to a different peptide entirely?

    Thanks!

Make sure you're using the tested amount from the CoA instead of the labeled amount. For example, if the 6mg vial tested at 7mg, use that for your calculation.

I like to add enough BAC water so my doses fall on marked units on the syringe. 10, 15, 20, etc. So if your vial tests at 7mg, add 1.4ml of BAC water to get 0.5mg of Reta for every 10 units.

After taking your dose, put the vial back in your fridge until your next dose. Hydrapeak bottles are great for storage because they will prevent temperature fluctuations from opening the fridge door. I prefer to discard my vials after 28 days just to be safe. Some folks use theirs for longer, but I don't want to risk it.

    Hope that's helpful 🙂

    Thank you!

@DarkN00b I use a pen (I just CANNOT with syringes). There are videos here of each step. 1 Reconstitute with BAC. 2 Put the reconstituted pep into the pen cartridge (through a filter) 3. Keep your pen in the fridge and put a new pen tip on each time you inject. The cartridge will last as long as how you reconstituted it and how much/ how often you inject.

@skepticjen Thanks! Why do some people use pens vs a syringe? I watched a tutorial on how to refill a pen and it seemed way more complex.

  • Question about starting amount

Hello, I’m very new to all this research and I’m trying to come up with a game plan.

One point of confusion for me is when I go to the supplier sites. As a new researcher I’d probably start at 0.5mg. Lowest I’ve seen on the few sites I’ve checked is 6mg.

Using the calc I see for a .5mg dose, 6mg vial, 1ml BAC, it comes out to 8 units.

I’m assuming 8 units isn’t the entire vial. So when I draw out 8 units to get a .5mg dose, do I save the rest of the peptide in a fridge for the next dose or is that unsanitary/unsafe and I need to get a whole new vial?

If you do save it, how long is it good for?

    Thanks
