Agree with Randy. I would call it 7 and move forward. Every vial can be different. You won't know the exact amount in your vial but it's a very good chance it will be around 7. This is why I don't bother with the decimal point. I just use the decimals to get an estimate on whether to round up or not.

I would not be going up 2mg when titrating each time. That's the clinicals titration rate. less is more, I would titrate up at .5 or 1mg no more than that. so you can see how your body reacts.
