@Stevepep oh i see, you mean the "final sprint" at the end of the run not sprinting as a sport. In any case, i had the same results in that regard, as in, huge benefit in the higher heart rate zones. At your age, if you are running 7:12 for 3 miles, that means your heart rate is already around 170 minimum at the end of those three miles, so the fact that you can get to a 6 minute pace on the last mile is exactly zone 5 training which you are holding for much longer than "considered normal".

@ResearchCat thats a fair argument for sure and i agree with your percentages. One thing i would say though just to clarify where i am coming from is that I noticed in recent years, especially due to covid, that even the people who used to be "the most" hardcore believers in authority, started to wake up to the big pharma/FDA/etc scam. I am talking people who would run away for 10 miles if they hear the word "conspiracy" and yet, they still started thinking "hey, maybe i should look at other sources for information to make a better informed decision about my health".
That's why i kind of have a higher standard now days in terms of dismissing someone completely if see that they still have so much trust in the above mentioned industries.

@Stevepep what exact differences did you notice with sprinting? i'm really interested in that as i am planning on getting back to sprinting once i lose the remaining 20lbs.

One thing that helped my rat with ISR btw was to wait a second after every 2 clicks. Say total pin dosage is 10 units, he would pause 5 times. It made ISR almost completely gone (only using normal BAC water)

@EXTROPIAN she sounds very dumb to be honest, it requires a huge amount of stupidity to still have this level of "FDA belief" after all the BS we lived through since covid alone (not even considering previous historical fuck ups and corruption of big pharma), i don't think she will ever wake up and start benefiting from peptides. Sometimes we just have to accept that we can't help everyone. You can only lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.
