My coyote is 15 weeks post rotator cuff surgery. You should check with your Dr. re: Reta as usually they like you to be off it for 2 wks prior to surgery which my coyote did. I put my coyote on a BPC157 / TB500 routine a couple of months prior to surgery. Post surgery I put my coyote on a KLOW blend for the GHK-cu & KPV benefits of healing and inflammation reduction. I also added to the regiment Ipa / CJC 1295 for 8 weeks. KLOW or GLOW are staples now and felt it improved healing in my coyote tremendously. Prepared yourself, this is one of the complicated joints in the body and recovery is a long game and it will be great. Know that there will be times where you feel like it's not going to improve but stay positive and dedicated to the PT which my coyote can't stress enough of. If your PT is lame, find another, find one that will make you work, not just phone it in. You will thank yourself in the end. My Coyote still has a ways to go, another 2-3 months before he can chase the little fuzzy yellow ball around but the light is visible... you can do this, we can do hard things.... blessings for a successful journey.

Any info on where researchers are buying pins for pens, my coyote lives in CA and often sites are wanting a prescription to order. Made the move over the holiday for pens 1 gansulin and 3 xulin's and my coyote is eager to try them out

The KLOW stack is saving my coyote from pin fatigue so on that alone, feels very worth it.

Any KLOW users out there on their protocols? My coyote is pinning M-F with what equals to 400Mcg of BPC157/TB500/KPV and 2mg of GHK-cu. Taking the weekend off but on S&S doing solo BPC157 250mcg 2x and GHK-cu @ 2mg. Planning the KLOW for 12 wks, GHK-cu & BPC157 keeping around longer as my coyote is recovering from rotator cuff surgery
