My input on this, is that both are best to do at night as they match up with the natural pulse, but 1mg to 300 mcg seems a bit lopsides should be closer to a 1-.5 ratio, but yes the difference from tesa alone to tesa+ipa is noticeable in my experience

But the batch that came in today is going off to vanguard as we speak!
