Based on my experience, I can't recommend them. The product quality and customer service were both extremely disappointing. Between receiving an unusable product, getting an even worse replacement, and then having to chase down a refund (that I have yet to receive), the entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish.

You didn't state what peptide you bought but I can tell you the NAD+ buf they sent to me is the real deal.

Honestly, you really need to take it up with FedEx, it's not the fault of PlanetPeptides that Fedex delivered to the wrong address. I haven't had the experience you have had with BPC, had the opposite, but that was months ago. Still have some in the freezer. But so far, product works as expected for the 5 vials I have reconned. Hope you are able to get the issue resolved

@e_kantor2 I use 23G, I think... I used a number of vendors for July 4 and trying a couple for the first time. S1 Research for NAD+buf I think was the only new one. The nice thing about NAD+ is I'll know pretty quick if it's the real thing. I love Nexaph, but have had great luck with Flawless (Survo). I shop sales pretty much exclusively.

So I want to get something off my chest about one of the first vendors I nearly bought from. I started in the space about 4 months ago with tremendous results from research. In the beginning of researching, I scoured for every vendor I could find, both through the Google machine and thankfully through Peptide Critic (which I found week 1 of my journey). I stumbled across one that looked great. Peak Lab Peptides. Seemed promising. Provided tons of info, clean website, membership (weird), and TONS of reviews. This is where things went South. I started scrubbing through every results, starting with their TrustPilot profile. All fake. Since, the profile has been removed by TrustPilot for “not meeting guidelines” such as fake reviews most likely. Moving to there Facebook, this is what caused the absolute halt in using them. They were all fake reviews as well. Each person reviewed some other obscure thing from a couple years back, and the crazy part? They ALL reviewed the same businesses from years ago! I figured, what the heck, maybe a new company will fluff some reviews for traffic and remove once they’re under their momentum. Scummy but no judgement. But no. Just absolute trash and deception. I hoped for a long time that their site would pop up here and I could share this piece but today is the day. I got an advertisement email today from them raving about their reviews and quality. Fake. BTW. I’m not just a hater. I have screenshots of it all. If I expect a pep company to provide me proof of quality, the burden of proof of a lack of it is our responsibility in my opinion, especially if we are going to put them on blast.

@denti makes sense didn’t think about the smaller doses. Still pissy about the last sale (guess it wasn’t the last they have one every other week) I pulled the string and then could have paid less at Nexaph. Crush products have been good to me though.

I would honestly take my business elsewhere instead of dealing with Kovera. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, and instead of addressing legitimate concerns, the response seems to be avoidance and defensiveness, the professionalism is real with this guy
