Cognitive cycle during performance/recovery cycle?

Great info! I am moving to Klow once the current run of Glow runs out. Bride’s rat just started stacking ARA-290 on top of Glow. Hoping the Klow/Ara will help with the chronic back pain.
For cognitive, I have tried Semax and currently researching Dihexa. I can’t say with certainty it is helping. I think it is? But that could also be the Glow/CJC/Ipa?MOTS-C/Epitalon/SS-31, better diet, or sleeping better.

@ResearchCat Thanks for the info! All of those are on the “to do” list. I know my rat shouldn’t take everything at once…but he wants to take everything at once! lol

@t-bone Oh, I get it. I think most of us are that way. Especially when we see what other people are doing and the results they say they are getting. I have definitely accelerated protocols because I didn’t want to wait, and also moved things around - and delayed things - to make progress.
But if you are looking for longevity and healthspan, then you have to look at this as a long term project, and focus on the foundation first, improvement, then optimization.
One reason to take your time is so you can see the benefits something is having and decide if it is worth keeping or you should do something else.
Peptides like Epitalon may not have an obvious immediate benefit (some people say sleep is much improved, but I take it for longevity, which is expensive to measure, though you probably should.) Other things, like Sermorelin, take several months to notice, where CJC/Ipa, you notice in weeks if you’re lifting. Maybe if you’re not. When you take 8 things at once for the first time, you may see great benefits but you don’t really know what is what.
I am mostly off-cycle at the moment and getting ready to cycle Tesa next month. Hopefully I will see desired changes, and if not, go back to cycling CJC/Ipa.
Starting to think MOTS-C might be the magic elixir. Not 100%. Titrated to 1mg/day over a month and feeling pretty good. (And per Randy, taking Semax so I don’t lose my rage.

)@ResearchCat Great perspective and advice. Longevity and a healthy lifespan are definitely top priorities for me. Certainly not looking to enter any fitness or bodybuilding competitions. Sharp mind and healthy body for years to come will be a win/win! Thanks!

Not an expert and can only share personal research experience. After running ARA for 30 days I then ran KPV. It really helped with the inflammation from back pain. When I started dosing kpv twice a day the brain fog lifted by 90%, so did back pain. Adding a glutathione nasal also helped with brain fog.
Inflammation causes brain fog, I would look at kpv. -

@ResearchCat What dosage are you researching Dihexa? I see them range from 5-30mg.

10mg/day, but based on COA, probably around 12mg. I think it’s helping, but it’s hard to say.

@ResearchCat Are you researching with capsule/tablet with Dihexa? I’ve only found one place that sells vials and of course they’re out of stock. And it looks like it has to be reconstituted with DMSO (which I’ve never done).

Capsules. I got them from Modern Aminos. It was one of 2-3 vendors that had it in stock and maybe the only one that had capsules in stock. Pricing was pretty good, though that is kind of irrelevant if they are the only ones who have it in stock.

@ResearchCat Isn’t that the truth? lol
Thanks for the info!

@tbone I started twice a day at .5mg. Did some experimenting and found .333mg x2 a day to be effective. On bad days I do .5mg x2 a day.
After a pause in research I accidentally dosed 2mg at once and had no adverse effects other then being pain and inflammation free for a few hours after waking up. YMMV
