Generally speaking, drinking black coffee shouldn’t affect your blood chemistry wrt fasting/sugar.

It shouldnt but some doctors (the ones with PhD's) argue that it does.

@Randy yeah, not to play the ‘my doctor can beat up your doctor’ game, but my doctor/hospital says it is okay to have black coffee before labs and I haven’t seen any difference in results due to that. I’d be curious to see the rationale behind arguing that coffee affects your insulin or fasting state. Haven’t found much to that but I guess it’s another rabbit hole to go down.

the only doctors ive heard argue that coffee is a no-no are PhD's and chiropractors. Not real doctors. Also if your doctor is blasting peps he could probably beat up mine 😉

Thanks for all the info, guys. My Kangaroo appreciate this community since I'm all new to this stuff.
Reconstitution question: I got 2mg vials of AOD 9604 and wondering if I should add 1ml Bac water or 2ml ? Any suggestion would be helpful.
regarding daily dosage 0.3 MG daily early morning?
            8 to 12 weeks cycle ?

.2-.5 mg. Start with .2 or lower to test tolerance and make sure you dont have a reaction.

Randy, that was awesome. Do you use the method of introducing more vacuum with all peptides?

I started using AOD 2 weeks ago and I definitely have dropped inches. Especially in my thighs and arms which for me are my hardest areas to lose fat. I started slow and now I’m up to 30units(1.5mg). So far pleased with the results. On a bonus note I also am experiencing less knee pain. I have OA and since starting AOD I find I have less pain and can do far more PT exercise during my sessions.

@Randy the AOD I got was from verified peptides and is 10mg. I reconstituted with 2mL Bac water. I figured the dosing based on that info. 30 units = 1.5 mg. Haven’t had any untoward SE with that dose.

@diegoc aside from some sting MOTS-C doesnt really bother me...though i fear one day ill be a lucky recipient of the allergic reaction a number of people report. Im off mots at the moment. too many stacked as it is...but im staring down a kit in my fridge every time i reach for a white monster.

The reta itches....hard pass. Im going to be interested to see what work arounds there are once it passes and goes mainstream.

@diegoc I follow that guy if you mean who i think you do. I like his content. I had a discovery call a few weeks ago and the person never followed up with the program info I needed. Also, their pep pricing is insane ($1,360/month for GLOW.).

Do chiro’s not like doing adjustments? Is the money bad? It seems most of the peptide folks are DC’s. My cousin is a chiropractor and I have a thought to open a clinic under his tag. 😉

(If this kind of commentary is inappropriate feel free to delete and lmk. I will be a good doobie.)

Hello all, first post in the group. I have a timber wolf named Willy who is very interested in researching AOD 9604 and he isn't sure if he should store it in the fridge once its reconstituted and in his V2 pen or keep it room temp with his Tessamorelin pen? We watched Randys video on the recon procedure and intend to use the reintroduce the vacuum trick but unfortunately Nexaph our favorite vendor was out of stock so Willy got his ten vial research stack from Peptira and its 5mg vials. Going to use the Acetic acid step for this cycle but would like some incite into best storage practice for a ten day per recon schedule.

@Randy Yeah I used it before and heard you can start off good then in time get the reaction.

I dont think I will get a histamine reaction that would need an epi but possibly a welt.

Im going to try this time injecting Motc at room temp and adding some additional bac and possible do 1mg daily for a while 5x 2days off.

I will still reseach the Tractor supplish place for an epi, just in case

                                          Thanks
