first time poster. few days lurker.
started my research 8 weeks ago with reta. titration from 2 to 4 mg. only slight issues was an alarming level of constipation. vet said it was normal and i was being dramatic which it did calm down some days after that visit. the capybara seems fine but going from a regular bathroom kind of semi aquatic mammal to dropping a golfball twice a day was a bit of a learning experience.

All things being equal it hasnt been that bad of a deal, but i feel the overall the mindgames testing grey market peptides just makes your current research issues seem 1000 times worse. specially when your capybaras friends want to join the research and you feel morally conflicted if they get potentially inconvenienced. or harmed given the gravity of what we're researching.

outside of testing. it is funny to watch the mass hysterial from chems and bac water drying up and a large majority of social media knowing nothing about this page. with how cagey and secretive the scene seems .i feel like im watching a very early grassroots thing blossom. saw several influencers start talking about it. my first introduction to all of this through the bodybuilding scene. then from there it was guys like mark lobliner and greg Doucette. into Renaissance periodization. and now seeing stuff like what ryan humiston is doing with his testing app.its very interesting to see the dichotomy between people basicly saving test subjects lives and others saying they are playing god or at worse cheating or taking the half assed way out. where in my testing you cant half ass any of this. the calories dont care. you have to keep up on excercising as well. or the capybara will stall and become angry.

future goals are reta as a baseline. aod, mots, slupp, and possibly tesa or straight gh. who knows what the future holds. 7 weeks has netted 31 or so pounds with a total of around 69 pounds in total. but im very interested in lurking here for alot longer. ill probably chime in more if the text wouldn't doubdouble the wordswords youre typingtyping. glad to be here. apologies if ive ranted.

Welcome. Take it slow, especially on the GLP’s. Make sure you hit your macros(protein) and don’t stop eating so you don’t lose a ton of muscle.

On the other peps, figure out your goals and go from there. It’s tempting to go overboard and start researching everything.

I do not like that feature, I've sent out some real weird text messages to friends without checking what I voiced or typed lol

@WisGal64 used to be common on apple products you'd write "fuck" and it would autocorrect "duck". i will admit that was always funny to me. "you gotta be ducking kidding me dude". XD

Welcome! This is a great group of folks and I have learned a lot from them.

Regarding bowel movements, you could check the amount of fiber you are taking. Also, regardless of how many times per day, they can’t be too dry or hard. The consistency needs to be more of what ever you are used to. Because if not, then you can get hemroids. Yeah, TMI? Any how, I force feed myself enough protein. And drink Chia seeds daily. Kept in water over night of course. Cause that’s dangerous too if not done correctly.

@Juan-Doe no worries. knowing too much is half the reason our tests dont end in a hospital. my best finds are lentils, carb smart tortillas by mission, and a cocktail of prune juice/white grape juice/and a knob of butter in the microwave till warm. tastes unpleasantish but will save your life. one that i would never try again was adding psylium husk into oatmeal. i could have sold that as a breast implant alternative! havent tried chia seeds but those mission tortillas are 100 percent of your normal fiber intake per tortilla. 20g of fiber per? yeah have a 3 tacos and youll see chewing gum you ate in kindergarten while speaking to your ancestors in a delusional fugue state. be careful out there! xD

LOL When you eat mainly beef, eggs and a little bit of chicken for a side, your body uses everything you eat for nourishment. Seriously, do you know the nutrients in a ribeye?! Very little waste created in the body. I went carnivore a few years post cancer treatments, because it is the most anti-inflammatory diet you can eat. My oncologist actually recommended that I check it out.

@jackie hay man, all the power to you. if it works it works. im not exactly proud of the diet ive been working with. but almost 30 pounds in 7 weeks without living in a gym or starving the poor test subject. just 3 miles a day. eating around 2k calories. the only downside is the gi stuff. and that seems to be clearing up or atleast lessening.

Good! Everyone has to find what works for them. I didn't do it for weight loss, although it is great for that, too. I feel great on it and I love steak, so win win!
