Peptide product for spouse sleep issues
-
@theone @theone You may want to look into pinealon. It is a bioactive tripeptide synthesized from Glutamine, Asparagine, and Arginine that can have a big impact on sleep quality. It works by targeting the pineal gland which produces melatonin and regulates circadian rhythms which can potentially improve sleep quality. It is also neuroprotective, and has a major role in managing the endocrine system which affects growth, moods, metabolism, injury and stress responses, reproduction, and energy. My research subjects have had good results on 300mcg subQ. I also recently switched administration to nasal with even better improvements.

@randy Same! I cycled epi once (5mg x 20 day protocol). I did it for telomere therapy, not for sleep, but I didn’t notice any sleep improvement. I also didn’t notice improved sleep with sermorelin or CJC/Ipa.
I am sleeping better, but there are a bunch of lifestyle and other changes and researches that could collectively explain it.

@brithus so if i understood this correctly she may get something from Pinealon nasally? I will look into that. She is currently doing dsip(night) and epitalon (morning) nasally.
@theone Yes, pinealon administered nasally before bed in addition to the DSIP might help the sleep issues. DSIP helps with slow wave Delta sleep but your subject may have more issues in endocrine/circadian rhythm regulation which is where Pinealon may offer better benefits.

@Sable-Darqness
How much if each did you take and what time of the day did you take them? -
*Sigh
I'm still trying to find my rat the right bedtime cocktail.
I've tried Epitalon with no results, doing DSIP now, it really relaxes my rat but doesn't put him to sleep.
Planning on giving the two other suggestions a shot after the cycle is over. -

If your wife is over the age of 40, I would also look into HRT for her. This would be very effective at restoring quality of sleep for her and would do it more holistically, and work in a synergistic way with peptides.
You can also look into peptides for restoring her GH levels, which also has a major influence on sleep quality.
It's very likely that part of her sleep issues are rooted in hormone loss, be it progesterone, estrogen, testosterone and growth hormone.
