Hey seriously, you guys are really having a hard time sleeping?

I don’t. I sleep like it is my job! My hubby wakes up often.

@jackiee What I also do is note next day agendas in a note pad. So I don't have to hold on and can let go when I sleep. I know we are all stressed out and concerned with our work, home, our country and world events. But we definitely need our rest to repair and reboot even with the right pep.

I don’t think that he is stressed, really. He is just a very light sleeper, whereas I am dead to the world when my head hits the pillow.

@EXTROPIAN For me, it's about Rem and Deep after Pinealon I am in Rem for at least half of the time. I was barely getting an hour of REM before and minutes of deep. I slept, but it wasn't repair and reboot sleep. I started slow and quickly ramped to 2 mg, and that's where I saw the difference. DSIP has done nothing for me in terms of sleep scores. It may be helping me get to sleep sooner I am not sure.

@jackiee I as well. Im active and wide awake as longest I am on my feet. As soon as I settle and get confortable I am out. I do miss those lazy weekends were you could sleep all day without a worry. The only thing I taken was melatonin a few times, more out of curiosity. Having to sleep a few hours and feel you slept all night was an experience.
