    @yogipepp
It would be a lot easier to understand if you put the actual MG down you are doing instead of units. Units are volume not strength. Even though some could figure out how much mg you are taking but figuring your recomp numbers out. I doubt anyone is really going to do that...

@Commander Ah! Yes, that makes sense. Sorry, new to the ling and all of this math is harder than I though! lol. So, KLOW would be 4mg per dose, and NAD is 50mg per dose. I'll edit my post now. Thank you for saying that!

@Commander Or maybe I can't edit?? Hmm, do you know if that's an option or not by chance?

@commander and without the COA for the vendor/batch, we wouldn’t know anyway. 😉

@yogipepp congrats on titrating down on the tirz. That is a great accomplishment. Too many people plateau and keep increasing.

My rule #1 is to take it slow and observe the benefits you get. And read everything you can find. You don’t really titrate Glow, though I suppose you could. Things like Glow and CJC/Ipa have common dosing protocols and cycles. E.g. 250/250 mcg CJC/Ipa nightly fasting. But it depends on your goals.

WRT NAD+, you might run a mitochondrial repair/reset with SS-31 and/or MOTS-C first to maximize the benefits. Depending on your age and health, you might not need NAD+. There is a tendency when we get started to want to research everything (ask me how I know.) A common standalone NAD+ protocol is 100mg 3x/week for 8 or so weeks. But none of this sits in a vacuum. Read the suggestions Randy posted for protocols and see what other ‘experts’ recommend, and try not to just start researching stuff based on an exciting video(good luck with that. 😉 )

@ResearchCat Hi there! Thank you for this info! Man oh man, what a new world this is. Feel like im fumbling around youtube and this website to get a good hold on things. lol. Honestly, in really healthy shape, blood work came back great, and my little rat is a 36 female, getting ahead of the game with ageing and optimization! Or, trying to at least! 😂 My intention is to uplevel health and really optimize the body so she feels strong, has great energy through the day, gains muscle / loses a little fat / looks lean and strong like the rest of us. lol

The NAD was recommended by a friend who started taking it. In full transparency, Im shooting in the dark. Everything sounds like a good idea. lol Healthy cells? Yes please. Mitocondria working great? Yup. Healthy tissues and ligaments with glowing skin. F yes! Its all so exciting, maybe a little too exciting. haha!

Mot-c and slu-pp sound incredible too! Just not sure where to start since there isn't necessarily any dysfunction right now. If you have any advice, Im all ears!

And dosing - dear lord! I have no idea, just taking my friend's advice (she's new to the game too). I'm definitely going to look up Randy's suggestions you mentioned. I really appreciate your guidance and the warm welcome. :]

I did MOTS-c, just now taking a break. How would a person know if they needed NAD+ or SS31? What symptoms would they have that they were trying to help?

@jackie How did you like the Mots-c?

I dont even know how to answer that question, as I am shooting in the dark here, just listening to my best friend's suggestions! Yikes. 😬 She said NAD gave her really great energy throughout the day, and the mitochondrial benefit sounded great too for longevity! Thats was was intriguing to me.

@ResearchCat I have been looking everywhere for @randy 's post on protocols. Would either of you be able to steer me in the right direction, please?

@yogipepp The easiest way is to search for the peptide using the search tool and look for research protocol.

@jackie great question. SS-31 is for mitochondrial repair, so if you have metabolic dysfunction, this could be a good thing to research. MOTS-C is going to facilitate working harder longer. NAD+ will give you more energy. They all work on your mitochondria in different ways. Josh Holyfield has a good video on this. I think he refers to it as the mechanic protocol. Whether you need it or not depends on how you’re feeling, age, etc.

I guess I don't feel that I have metabolic dysfunction. I feel my energy is pretty good, just wanted a little boost from MOTS-c.

I am going to take it again in about a month. Like I said, I really have pretty good energy overall. I feel a little bit of a boost on the day that I took it

I would start CJC/IPA at 150/150 IU once per day. I actually prefer morning dosage, I find it to be energizing and it's easier since you're fasted already and can do it first thing.

Make sure you're getting your igf-1 and fasted glucose measured yearly. Igf-1 sweet spot is 180 - 220. Fasted glucose under 100. Those are important lab markers for GHRT.
