0304 and bam 15. lower buck stack
-
is there price index followers for these two? any experience? working ss31 for repair and aod for fat mobilization into my testing. heard mots, 0304, and bam, along with slu are all in the same department and the goals the same effectively. trying to keep stuff budget friendly because chasing my tail with these tiny vials isnt exactly doing good for my wallet. this capybaras got 4 ish months to drop another 40 pounds and hes stalled at 6mg of ret alone. hes got a busy rodent life schedule so living in a gym on top of a hard 12 hour day job 5 days a week isnt realistic.

ive been using mots and O304 along with 5 amino, i'd say these are helpful for energy and energy conservation. Likewise, AOD is good if you pair it with all-day fasting. But these aren't magic and rely heavily on exercise. If you're not able to hit the gym, and your goal is 40lbs, i'd say just focus on the fundamentals- cal in has to be less than cal out, and if 6mg of reta isn't doing it, add cagri or switch to tirz (if you're in a rush and can handle sides 5mg weekly of tirz for a week, then 7.5 until you can get that suppression going).
I really do think once a week 24 hour fasts are amazing for breaking through a plateau. I found on reta, an orfor pill helps to get through the day.

I have to underscore the importance of working out if you are researching some of these things. Or even if you aren’t. My bride is on max dose Tirz and plateaued. I am on the lowest dose and almost in maintenance mode.
Watch some of Dr. Jones’ videos on plateaus. He talks about how taking GLP-1’s and not eating right or lifting basically just eats your muscle causing your metabolism to crash, hence the plateau even on the highest dose while not eating.
And of course, with any changes, take it slow.

@ResearchCat i will say. my job is extremely demanding so. moving 50 pound tubs around. lifting from low to high. are regular. and its normally between 10 and 12 hours. so its not like im couch surfing 7 days a week. but im working toward getting more gym in my life. havent dropped weight for a week either and eating alot better than i was. finding balance in life is harder than the diet or the work.
-
And let me just add that I love MOTS-C. I ran an SS-31 repair cycle earlier this year and am 3/4 way through a MOTS-C/NAD+ cycle and my cat’s energy levels are very high. They were good before but now I am making the 30 year olds miserable. VO2 Max is up and cardio seems to be improving on its own.
That being said, I target lifting 4-5x/week, walk 45 minutes every day, jiu jitsu 3x/week, and if I am in the gym, I do 20 minutes on the elliptical, currently 2x/week.
(Nobody likes losing to a 58 year old, except maybe an 80 year old.)

@ResearchCat the older guys/girls are who you have to worry about. old man/dad strength is real! lol jack lalanne was in his 90s doing one handed push ups. rolling stone gathers no moss i guess.

@quicksilver80 I completely understand the work/life balance issue. I was on the wrong end of that for 25 years. My career is winding down and my job is in a bit of limbo so I am sort of free to focus on health and longevity.
I wasn’t intending to insult you in any way, just pointing out that a lot of this stuff works way better if you are working and feeding your muscles. My last cycle of CJC/Ipa was kinda crazy. Starting Tesa in a few weeks.

@ResearchCat nah i dont take it as an attack no worries. yeah i heard those growth secretagogues are quite eye opening but heard its basicly gh with more steps. tommorow im starting a round of aod which is a similar department? so that should be fun. ill update in a cycle of tests about those and my experience.
-
The draw of the secretagogues is that they operate through normal mechanisms so it helps your existing system and has a natural cap of your body’s natural limit.
Which sounds safer and less steroidy, I guess. I am not trying to get jacked. Just ripped.

@ResearchCat i just wanna get into the "corn fed strong" like 50s bodybuilding physique. dont think the super veiny look is not my gig. besides getting that cut is probably long term less healthy.
-
Yeah, I am not trying to get 9% body fat. I am down to around 19-20% if Hume can be believed and based on how I look, 15% should be a sustainable, healthy level. We’ll see how it goes.
I don’t think most people can maintain sub-10% bf for extended periods and be healthy unless they are young and glorious. As the saying goes, the Hugh Jackman, Chris Hemsworth, or Henry Cavill in the movies is peak cut, not every day. Well, Maybe Henry always looks like that.

-
While on the subject, there is a great Katie Sackhoff video out there that talks about her physical training regimen and what she did to get the body composition for various roles where she wanted to be cut, softer, a bit more ripped, etc. Very different diet and exercise protocols, and all requiring a lot of work.
(Most) People don’t just look like that.

tesamorelin, and tesofensine break your stall.

tesofensine only does appetite control? i have zero appetite but i still can eat fine on 6 rt40 with a pretty big deficit along with intermittent fasting. and i still have basicly nonstop energy while awake. with my heavy work schedule. i dont know what more i can do physically. i know tesamorelin is basically diet gh. but the cost for my budget is prohibitive currently.
