Heard from @brandon that he uses Rhythm for bloodwork, which is the leading option, but wanted to doublecheck to see what others use for regular bloodwork.

Also, which metric panels do you value and why?

Ex I’m wearing Apple Watch every day now cause I read “Reta may increase heart rate, so I want to monitor it.”

But with bloodwork: “Reta can possibly have negative effect X, so get panel Y.”

“MOTS-C can deplete A, so get panel B.”

If these statements are better coming from a “pep doc”, then so be it, but the question then becomes how do I find one that isn’t trying to scam me?

Just posted in the other thread but this is a good spot that has a comparator tool to look at many of the options out there for bloodwork

I used Marek and built my own for 60 yo male. It was based on recommendations combining several YT videos from people I "trust" (loosely). Hopefully the screenshot of the labs uploads correctly. I wanted a baseline across a lot of markers.

Marek sent the orders to Quest Diagnostics. Scheduled the appointment online. Was in and out of Quest in about 20 minutes. They drew 8 vials. Got the full results in less than 2 weeks although they partially came in as they were completed. The one drawback is that I didn't get the physician follow up consultation and probably should. I used AI to interpret the results which was very helpful but would have rather been able to talk to someone "knowledgeable" with peptides.

It's very confusing, I do Rythm every month. I really like the AI recommendations. It makes it very easy to track progress. My metabolic age is 15 years younger, so I am Benjamin Button
