    Yeah, my pancreatic numbers were high a few months ago and I lowered my dose. Currently focused on the cardiac signs, but will get tested again in June and hopefully the numbers will be normal. My bride’s labs were a lot better than mine.

    My inflammation numbers were all very high, but everything is being addressed. Sadly, I had to go back on a statin as all that bullshit everyone on Youtube says did not, in fact, improve any of my numbers the way statins do. I will just snort more creatine and dihexa to fight off dementia later.

    100% Natty. You know, aside from the Klow, Tesa, Tirz, CJC/Ipa, SS-31, Semax, Dihexa, Epitalon, MOTS-C, creatine, Cheetos, protein shakes, and a holocaust of chicken thighs.

      @stan-douglas I find taking high dose magnesium (particularly Magnesium Breakthrough ) fixes any drift towards constipation (and is less acidic 😉 )

      @PeptideEd
      I take my Magnesium in the evening... I don't think I'd want it to do that 😲

      The VitC acts as a co-factor to activate the collagen in the bone broth I drink post workout. Stacks with the Creatine and healing peps for tissue repair and joint resilience... IN MY RAT!

        I started at 2mg had zero side effects, I don't see how microdose does anything. unless your 100lbs then what are you doing taking it? lol

        @brandenscheidecker Just goes to show you that everyone is different. I started at 1mg and on week 5 i'm only at 1.5mg b/c it jacks me up. I can't imagine doing anything above 2mg as I'd probably not be able to get out of bed. Extreme lethargy for the first 48 hours and food noise is basically 90% gone. I'm an already lean 46 year old former athlete who just wants the extra health benefits and missing 2 pack to join the existing 4 pack. So maybe I'm just sensitive, but I think Reta is some powerful stuff. No nausea, but the raise in heart rate can be bothersome and it affected my sleep the first week or two. Very mild constipation as well, but as someone else already mentioned magnesium fixes that right up. I would also advise drinking lots of water. Do with this info what you may....

        To Branden...have you tried Reta from a different vendor? I'm in the habit of mixing up my product vendors for sampling reasons, but I'm still on my OG vial of Reta.

            Graphic content! ;0 Hoping this helps people.

            I thought I would follow up on this. I have continued working through and dealing with constipation and (fun!) hemorrhoids. They pre-date me using GLP-1’s, but have gotten worse. I finally talked to my colorectal specialist again. What they told me might be useful.

            First, they recommended hydrocortisone suppositories which may be prescription, but otherwise you can use lidocaine or benzocaine, sitz baths, and all the usual stuff.

            What was really interesting to me was with respect to laxatives. She recommended taking Miralax twice a day rather than once, and taking it on an ongoing basis as needed. This was really interesting to me because both the bottle and the assholes (sorry) on the internet say you shouldn’t use more than recommended or for long periods of time. The nurse confirmed it is completely safe to use as needed to keep your stool soft and moving.

            She also suggested not using Dulcolax, not because it doesn’t work, but because if you have compacted stool, Dulcolax helps move it, which isn’t the problem you are trying to solve. The problem you (well, I) are trying to solve is that your system is moving so slow that your stool gets hard and dry and doesn’t move at all.

            Anyway, good talk. 😉 I hope this is helpful to someone out there.

              WRT my comment about assholes on the internet, I mean Reddit, not anyone here. I hate reddit, and 95% of the garbage AI is telling you is from Reddit, which is why so much of what AI tells you is garbage. /rant

                @ResearchCat +1 on miralax. If i made a gift basket of glp1 support. A multipack of costco miralax would be center stage hahaha.

                      I started at 2mg with no side effects and titrated up as needed every 4 weeks. Down 51lbs since February. I also run tesamorelin for visceral fat and Ipamoralin. For me too not get constipated in the beginning, I Stayed super hydrated. I also take 2 scoops of psyllium husk in a morning protein shake every morning and constipation isn’t an issue.
