USA synthesized & lipolyzed vs. USA lipolyzed vs. China vials

I have gone down this rabbit plus I see many vendors advertising 100% usa made or USA made, cGMP etc. Does full end to end USA production even exist for vendors or is this smoke and mirrors.

Categories:

1. USA domestic synthesized and lipolyzed? (Some who claim Limitless, Licensed Peptides, others?)
2. Foreign API/bulk but lipolyzed in the USA (Mile High, others?)
3. Foreign pre-filled vials. (Seem to be fairly common)
