This site a site has a library of markers for common blood-testing that you can use to easily review your markers, understand them simply, and start to get a better handle on ranges, what they mean, etc. Seems pretty comprehensive for most things. What are they missing that you're usually looking for?

The site has a comparator tool to all those options as well, which I'm going to be diving into here soon. When it comes to where I'm at (Alaska) there are definitely fewer options, which is lame...

@stevepep do you feel Rythm gives you enough markers for your needs?

I am about to do the ultra test that @randy recommended and get s complete bloodwork panel. Rhythm doesn’t test for everything so I figure I will do the comprehensive testing a couple of times a year

That ultra test is through Rythm as well? I'm getting ready to dive into all of this so I'm trying to be a sponge

Also @stevepep if you're needing more markers for your ultra test, which are you looking for specifically? I'm wanting to use this link above as a one-stop-shop and if its comprehensive enough, I'll use it. If not, I will reach out and see if they're interested in updating it.

@hunt_ak ## ultra is the company Randy has under bloodwork. They do just about every test. Take a look Rythm is limited. I have been using them for three months so far but I figure I want to see all of the markers.

@stevepep Ultra or Ulta Lab? I'm leaning toward Ulta as they have all the markers I need at a reasonable price.

@hunt_ak if you go under calculator and tools you will see bloodwork just click on that link the one I am doing is about $400 after the discount it’s pretty much everything
