    Westend Medical Supply

So, I did a lot of digging in on this. If your

looking for Hospira BAC, and you aren't able to get it "OTC" through a wellness center, or a compounding clinic.... No worries. Go to www.westendmedicalsupply.com I bought 8, for 15.80 each, that included priority shipping.. make sure to use the NEWCUST promo for 10% off, and if you want you can get another 10% off by allowing them to text you, which of course you can then reply "stop" to if you want to stop receiving the text. But that will give you an extra 10% off for your next purchase. They have a lot of supplies, and some other peptide related products. They have Single, 3 pack, and 5 pack 30ml vials with an expiration date

    of 1/28, or 2/28.

This is giving "fake" vibes. Account is 6 days old, only 2 posts are about this site for Bac water.. Maybe I'm being too critical but the spidey sense is going off

I purchased mine before this was posted. I have seen the site in the past. Search shows it started up in 2005.

                    For what it's worth...

                    Copilot Search Branding

                    Is Westend Medical Supplies Legit?
Westend Medical Supplies appears to be a legitimate medical supply seller, but customer reviews are mixed, with some complaints about product quality and shipping.

                    Trust and Safety Indicators
Scam Detector rates the site as low-risk with a trust score of 66.3/100, noting it’s not blacklisted and has a valid HTTPS connection Scam Detector.

ScamAdviser gives it a high trust score of 96, citing a valid SSL certificate, a trust mark, and years of operation ScamAdviser.com.

The domain was registered in 2018 and is hosted by Domains By Proxy, LLC, with a private registration Scam Detector.
                    Customer Feedback
Trustpilot shows 28 reviews with an average rating of 2.7/5. Common complaints include:

                    Products not matching descriptions Trustpilot.

Requests for tips or extra fees at checkout Trustpilot.

                    Slow or mixed shipments Trustpilot.

Some positive reviews praise product quality (e.g., syringes and needles) and fast USPS shipping Trustpilot.

AskmeOffers lists it as “Voted Poor (3/5)” with a majority of negative ratings askmeoffers.com.

A Reddit user reported no issues with needles, syringes, and first aid items, noting they are recommended by other reputable sources Reddit.
                    Bottom Line
While the site’s technical and trustworthiness checks are positive, customer experiences vary widely. If you choose to buy from Westend Medical Supplies:

Verify product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Check shipping times and confirm they match advertised speeds.

Avoid tipping or extra fees unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

Consider reputable alternatives like Vitality Medical or ShopMedVet if you want more consistent reviews Reddit.

In short, the site is not a high-risk scam, but due to mixed customer feedback, proceed with caution and confirm details before purchase.

Guess I'll find out on Tuesday.

@mr_acero I appreciate your concern about my account lol... But everyone has to start somewhere. There was a point and time when your account was only 6 days old as well. Are you fake? Of course not. This site has been around a long time. Glp1forum has many conversations regarding Westend. Just do a word search... Many many people have ordered from them.

New orders should probably wait until someone gets their BAC and verifies it’s the real deal. I posted pictures it’s easy to see if it’s real or not. If it’s real great another source. If not rookie mistake

@DRTasCanB I totally get that, and I apologize for the judgement. I was scammed by a vendor a few weeks ago and admittedly am a bit on edge.

@mr_anyone who has been around has been scammed. Sometimes someone searches google finds a source and says hey I found what’s hard to get. People listen and order only to be scammed noones fault we all have to do our own due diligence

In this case people should wait and see there is no rush to lose one’s mind over buying BAC. Relax take a deep breath it’s not going anywhere it’s just sterile water with benzyl alcohol no secrets

The craziness in the secondary market is driving this madness.

No worries, I appreciate the concern. Your looking out for the community, just like @stevepep. That's very fair. The complaints about Westend revolve around customer service being a pain, with most of the complaints revolving around covid era problems, and that is all around syringe types and shipping issues. The site itself has been up and running for 8 years, but began 12 years ago on godaddy. @stevepep has a fair and valid point about waiting to post until it's received. Going forward, I will do so.

Agree and I need to also. I've been a "prepper" over the past 15 years or so and I have that "if I have one, I have none" type of mentality. I've also given my son half of my stash but this order should have me good for a while.

                                        @afkar7

So westendmedicalsupplies was the old domain name, as well as some others that will redirect.

The following info comes from deep dive analysis Via Claude.

ScamAdviser's WHOIS data shows that westendmedicalsupplies.com lists the following domains as all redirecting to the same site: westend-supplies.com, westendmedicalsupply.com, www.westendmedicalsupplies.com, www.westendmedicalsupply.com, and www.westend-supplies.com. They share the same title, description, hosting, and registration data.

Crunchbase lists the company's legal name as "Westend Medical Supplies" with their primary website listed as westendmedicalsupply.com — confirming the singular/plural domains are one entity based in Ontario, California.

The negative reviews — what they actually are:
The Trustpilot profile for westendmedicalsupplies.com shows 28 total reviews with a 2.7 score — 64% one-star and 25% five-star, with almost nothing in between. That extreme polarization is telling. (Eroids)
Looking at the actual content of the complaints across Trustpilot and ExcelMale forum — every single negative review falls into one of three buckets:

Wrong syringe/needle items shipped — customers received different brands or counts than ordered

No refund policy and zero customer service response — especially on order cancellations
Shipping method paid for not honored

The ExcelMale forum complaint specifically noted the reviewer had been a repeat customer for years with zero complaints before the issues began — suggesting the problems emerged during a specific period, not as a constant pattern from day one.

Critically — not one negative review mentions BAC water. Every complaint is about syringes and needles, with

What the domain history actually tells us:
The westendmedicalsupplies.com domain was registered approximately 11-12 years ago, making it one of the older online medical supply storefronts in this space.

The shorter westendmedicalsupply.com domain — which is now their canonical URL that everything redirects to — was registered in 2018, is 7 years old, and is hosted on Shopify.
The most likely explanation based on the evidence: they started as westendmedicalsupplies.com, migrated their storefront to a cleaner Shopify-based westendmedicalsupply.com around 2018, and kept both domains pointing to the same store. The older domain accumulated the bulk of the review history from the 2019-2021 era when the syringe complaints were most concentrated.

Most recent independent mention of them — 2025:
A 2025 business analysis sourced from Reddit and Zoominfo notes that their contact email is [email protected] — suggesting a business association with a company called Sterile Solutions LLC — and that long-term customers report consistent satisfaction.

The provable facts are: same company, same owner, same physical address in Ontario CA, all domains redirect identically. The negative reviews predate their BAC water business and cluster entirely around syringe fulfillment errors — not around the quality or authenticity of their pharmaceutical products. The GLP-1 forum community specifically vetted their BAC water product as legitimate Hospira in a side-by-side comparison with known counterfeits.

                                        Confirmed address:
3200 E Guasti Rd, Suite 100, Ontario, California 91761 (printables)
                                        BBB confirmation:
The BBB profile confirms Westend Medical Supplies at Ontario, CA 91761, with a BBB file opened July 3, 2018 and business started May 23, 2018 — giving them an A+ verified 7-year operating history. (Trustpilot)
                                        Google Maps link:
Worth noting — that address is a commercial/industrial park near the Ontario Airport, which is completely consistent with a small medical supply fulfillment operation. It's not a retail storefront you'd walk into, but it's a real verifiable commercial address — not a P.O. box or residential address, which is a meaningful legitimacy indicator.
Also notable: their contact page lists a real email at [email protected] and a Call or Text number at 800-273-3302, with stated customer service hours Monday through Friday 9AM to 3PM CST. That's a traceable business entity behind the operation.

                                        So @afkar7
Of course, this doesn't necessarily prove anything, but is the reason I pulled the trigger on my order. Everything I could find pointed to a legitimate source, from a long-term established storefront. I did call and text the 800#. They both work. Although, as stated upfront they operate from 9am -3pm. Again, this doesn't necessarily prove anything, but as of right now it all points to the good.

In the end, @stevepep is still correct in that it would have been more prudent for me to wait and post upon receiving. I look forward to seeing positive results from your order on Tuesday @afkar7.
