Westend Medical Supply, Hospira BAC, verified, cheap.

@DRTasCanB Love Claude

@mbtqueen2 let me rephrase that eBac-water has faced a ton of scrutiny on some forums. Counterfiet isn't the right word... Just a bunch of heavy scrutiny and negative comments amoung the peptide community because they have a very small footprint.
-
@afkar7 Look for the Hologram on the crimp to make sure its real when you get it there are lots of scams with Hospira
@Stevepep Westend hospira is legit. I've ordered from them before.

@Hammertime65 that is excellent news. So glad you jumped in.

@DRTasCanB Thanks for the info. Just bought a 3 pack!

@drtascanb Just to let you know, I wasn't questioning the site. I just did that quick search and showed what it said.

So westendmedicalsupplies was the old domain name, as well as some others that will redirect.
The following info comes from deep dive analysis Via Claude.
ScamAdviser's WHOIS data shows that westendmedicalsupplies.com lists the following domains as all redirecting to the same site: westend-supplies.com, westendmedicalsupply.com, www.westendmedicalsupplies.com, www.westendmedicalsupply.com, and www.westend-supplies.com. They share the same title, description, hosting, and registration data.
Crunchbase lists the company's legal name as "Westend Medical Supplies" with their primary website listed as westendmedicalsupply.com — confirming the singular/plural domains are one entity based in Ontario, California.
The negative reviews — what they actually are:
The Trustpilot profile for westendmedicalsupplies.com shows 28 total reviews with a 2.7 score — 64% one-star and 25% five-star, with almost nothing in between. That extreme polarization is telling. (Eroids)
Looking at the actual content of the complaints across Trustpilot and ExcelMale forum — every single negative review falls into one of three buckets:Wrong syringe/needle items shipped — customers received different brands or counts than ordered
No refund policy and zero customer service response — especially on order cancellations
Shipping method paid for not honoredThe ExcelMale forum complaint specifically noted the reviewer had been a repeat customer for years with zero complaints before the issues began — suggesting the problems emerged during a specific period, not as a constant pattern from day one.
Critically — not one negative review mentions BAC water. Every complaint is about syringes and needles, with
What the domain history actually tells us:
The westendmedicalsupplies.com domain was registered approximately 11-12 years ago, making it one of the older online medical supply storefronts in this space. The shorter westendmedicalsupply.com domain — which is now their canonical URL that everything redirects to — was registered in 2018, is 7 years old, and is hosted on Shopify.
The most likely explanation based on the evidence: they started as westendmedicalsupplies.com, migrated their storefront to a cleaner Shopify-based westendmedicalsupply.com around 2018, and kept both domains pointing to the same store. The older domain accumulated the bulk of the review history from the 2019-2021 era when the syringe complaints were most concentrated. Most recent independent mention of them — 2025:
A 2025 business analysis sourced from Reddit and Zoominfo notes that their contact email is [email protected] — suggesting a business association with a company called Sterile Solutions LLC — and that long-term customers report consistent satisfaction. The provable facts are: same company, same owner, same physical address in Ontario CA, all domains redirect identically. The negative reviews predate their BAC water business and cluster entirely around syringe fulfillment errors — not around the quality or authenticity of their pharmaceutical products. The GLP-1 forum community specifically vetted their BAC water product as legitimate Hospira in a side-by-side comparison with known counterfeits.
Confirmed address:
3200 E Guasti Rd, Suite 100, Ontario, California 91761 (printables)
BBB confirmation:
The BBB profile confirms Westend Medical Supplies at Ontario, CA 91761, with a BBB file opened July 3, 2018 and business started May 23, 2018 — giving them an A+ verified 7-year operating history. (Trustpilot)
Google Maps link:
https://maps.google.com/?q=3200+E+Guasti+Rd+Suite+100+Ontario+CA+91761
Worth noting — that address is a commercial/industrial park near the Ontario Airport, which is completely consistent with a small medical supply fulfillment operation. It's not a retail storefront you'd walk into, but it's a real verifiable commercial address — not a P.O. box or residential address, which is a meaningful legitimacy indicator.
Also notable: their contact page lists a real email at [email protected] and a Call or Text number at 800-273-3302, with stated customer service hours Monday through Friday 9AM to 3PM CST. That's a traceable business entity behind the operation. So @afkar7
Of course, this doesn't necessarily prove anything, but is the reason I pulled the trigger on my order. Everything I could find pointed to a legitimate source, from a long-term established storefront. I did call and text the 800#. They both work. Although, as stated upfront they operate from 9am -3pm. Again, this doesn't necessarily prove anything, but as of right now it all points to the good.In the end, @stevepep is still correct in that it would have been more prudent for me to wait and post upon receiving. I look forward to seeing positive results from your order on Tuesday @afkar7.
@DRTasCanB Many vetted RUO vendors also maintain multiple similar domains. That is for protecting from sudden hosting platform takedowns due to regulatory shenanigans.
Having multiple similar domains redirecting to the same site isn't any indication of scam.

I had a $300 cart of bac water and needles until i read this!

@afkar7 I definitely didn't think you were. I am not questioning the site either lol. I just posted what Claude brought up. That is stuff I had already researched before I made my purchase. In totality, across forums, multiple a.i. info aggregators, and all the digging I could do... I was comfortable making the purchase, and I remain so.

@pep_researcher I definitely dont think it's a scam. You are absolutely correct that many domain names is common. That was just info that was compiled about their domain history, using Claude, which sourced that info from scamadvisor. They have actually only functioned out of 2 of those, and that would be westendmedicalsupplies, for about 4 years, and for the last 8 years as westendmedicalsupply. The multiple domains simply point everyone to the main site. Smart move on their part. Again, I had already compiled all of this information before I made my purchase, and the original post, because the vast majority of topics or mentions regarding Westend in peptide communities...reddit threads... Forums... Etc were praising it as 100% legit. The majority of the marks against them in general were for problems with shipping and order accuracy regarding needles during covid. Again, not enough for me to decide against them, because the communities have spoken highly of them, and there hasn't been one complaint, not one, regarding the legitimacy of the Hospira BAC. That made it an easy decision for me to use them. I look forward to receiving it and posting photos, so hopefully the folks in our community will have another source if necessary.
Happy Researching

@drtascanb@DRTasCanB Yeah I knew about Westend long before your post. Never ordered from them, but there's another sister site too with a completely different name. I'm 99.99% certain the owner is the same because the prices of BAC water and other stuff are EXACTLY the same.

Smart move. That's very much like Simple/Alpha Omega, EZ/AMP, Atomik/Solution kind of thing to absorb any regulatory nonsense. LOL

I've been using West End Medical Supply for all of my pinning needs or over 6 months and I have had zero issues
@MrNatural excellent to hear!

unfortunately West End is out. I did find some at Underground Supply at around 14.50/each. Given the difficulty in finding Hospira, the rising cost, and the proliferation of fakes, has anyone used the Lambda Water to recon for their research? Or any other brands that are providing a COA from a recognized lab?
