Looking to find a good source for enclomiphene. It has been suggested by a couple people after they have seen my blood test results. I dont know much about it except that it blocks estrogen receptors to trick the body into testosterone production. My test is at 275 total and 56 free, so I definitely need to try something before I commit to TRT the rest of my life. Anyone have any good sources to suggest?

Kimera and umbrella both have it. Stones actually ordered some from kimera. My biggest worry is some people just past clomid for enclo and the side effects of that are more harmful than helpful for guys with secondary hypo. Plus side is its not a permanent choice so coming off will stop the negative sides if i read correctly.

My initial research. 59 yo. Not opposed to TRT but wanted to push my own biology first to see what happens.
January labs- Test tot- 518, Free 48, shbg 48. Started enclo 12.5mg eod (Swiss chems).
April labs- Test tot 711, Free 122. Switched to 6.25mg daily (Kimera)
June labs Test tot 893, Free 122, shbg 54. E2 is 30pg (normal)
Holding at this dose. Adding in Boron 6mg, Zinc 15mg daily and tongkat ali 100mg twice a day. This is an attempt to drive shbg down a bit, thus increasing free test. Next labs in Sept. Quick is correct (as usual!) about the potential for sneaking in the wrong isomer (clomid) but the COA notwithstanding, this should result in an estrogen spike which is not apparent on my labs. Hope this helps!

I am considering this, depending on my next labs. The people I know using enclomipheme have had great results.

FWIW, I would probably just use HIMS or some similar service just to bundle the labs etc.

Observation. While I can point to many perceived improvements from increased T (energy, recovery, pumps, etc) my libido remains unchanged. Not low, just... the same.

No TRT. Just enclo (see results above). I've considered DIM but it felt finicky to me in terms of outcome- from an overall estrogen perspective (mood, protective heart benefits) I don't mind my E2 at 30pg. But it is on my list of next things to try once I see what boron, zinc and tongkat do to my free T on next labs. Like RC above, my wife would find it 'tedious' if I was chasing her around all day like she was a dog in heat! LOL

@stones67 going to try enclo on my research fox. Are there any peps that he should avoid? Or anything you would recommend he watch out for? He’s pined several peps but for some reason he’s hesitant with enclo. He says that it feels like a different beast entirely.

Kisspeptin comes to mind as it will just muddy the waters. Probably also be mindful of anything that would result in high IGF levels- like IGF1-LR3, due to negative feedback potential. The main thing to remember is that sourcing is a crap shoot- there is no easy way to confirm that what you're getting isn't just zuclomiphene. And while not the end of the world in the short term, sides can take time to resolve given its extended half life. So you should listen to your hesitation and vet it out. This is a short-term exploration for me. I can always 'optimize' with the injectable stuff- but that comes with a list of shortcomings as well.

@stones67 great info. Thanks! You basically just confirmed most of my hesitations. I think I’ll hold off for now. It’s been hard trying to find a solution for a low T fox that is in his mid 30s and still might have a litter of kits in the future.

Seems like you're up to speed. Without knowing your specific situation then I will just throw out there Kisspeptin once again, and research HCG if you haven't already. One is easy to obtain and try, The other not so much!

Wait, can't see the end of the road due to all the floaters! JK. That was in poor taste and will probably bring me bad Karma. I take it back! I'm sure TRT is in my future. Just want to be able to look back and know I tried my best to go down swinging! Injecting the stuff just seems so.....final. Instead I'll probably want to kick myself for diddling around so long!

Umbrella Labs. Look for sale prices on holidays. Memorial Day they has 25% off, for example.

This is a cool thread. My sources have been Swiss Chems and Kimera thus far. I've lurked both umbrella and algorx. I think a more fundamental issue is- what's in it. What are you actually receiving in your capsule or jar of powder? Here's my understanding: a clean COA with hplc is not as helpful as we'd typically like because we want the trans isomer. The cis isomer in zuclomiphene (clomid) will have the same peak and molecular weight. My limited research suggests that specialized testing is actually needed in order to confirm enclomiphene- referred to as chiral hplc or enantiomeric purity testing. Am I correct in this and has anyone investigating a source seen this type of testing? If not, does anyone have a testing solution for this more specific type of compound investigation? I might consider spending some $$$ on this issue and submit samples for analysis. Open to anyone's thoughts or ideas.
