How odd this is. I've never bought Reta from them but have plenty of their Survo in the freezer and fridge and it always reconned well, as long as the Survo and Bac was room temp.

@MJ227 have not purchased reta from flawless. I did just get a bunch of AOD and it was solid. My pops got some reta and it did not gel on him. So idk. I agree with what others are saying. None of these sites deserve our respect and sooner or later if their in it for a quick buck their true colors will show. Gotta stay on the research and talk with others to stay up to date.

@Eleanor The pictures don't lie. So maybe they should change there name to "Imperfect compounds". Glad you had a better experience but everything I've received has been throw in the trash.

@MJ227 I fully understand your experience. If it happened to me, I'd feel the same way.

@MJ227 I would try asking them for a replacement from a different batch, like one thats more recent that has ILS lab COA's - Ask for the July batch - FL-010207 or get them to reconstitude to verify your findings.

Flawaless was very reasonable when I dealt with them on shipping issues and provided them the evidence. It seems strange Freedom tested it at 99.9% purity and passed the endotoxin screen.

You would think a lab would report this back to the venddor when they do the testing?

@bfuller While we know ILS has had some issues, maybe rushing through testing to try and catch up so they keep the business. The Kovera thread is so interesting to me because it's what I have been hearing from the equipment manufacturers. Anyone can buy the equipment, but then you have to know how to use it. These guys are starting a business, buying equipment, and learning on the run. HPLC is fairly simple, but there are steps that can easily screw it up. Endotoxins and Heavy Metals: I have a bridge to sell you if you think all these results are accurate. Depending on the sterility test, those are fairly easy to perform but also require a sterile environment, not your basement or some office complex. It is very costly to have a sterile, temperature- and humidity-controlled environment without cross-contamination with proper filtration.

Look, people are using a two week lab because getting stuff tested is taking too long. See the STutz thread.

@Eleanor No, those photos are actually of the replacement they sent. I emailed them the pictures, and their only response was that I had already received my one free replacement. I replied requesting a full refund, and since then they've completely ignored me.
The only thing "Flawless" about them is how flawlessly they send out a poor-quality product and then refuse to stand behind it or refund their customers. I won't be ordering from them again.

@bfuller That would've been a great idea. The problem is Flawless completely stopped responding once I asked for a full refund.
What's also strange is that the replacement came from a different batch than my original order, and they even changed the product name between the first and second batches. The first batch reconstituted cloudy. The second batch, though, turned into the soapy, gel-like substance you see in the pictures.
Something just doesn't add up. When a company stops responding the moment you ask for a refund, it definitely makes me think they know there's an issue with the product.

@Stevepep Yeah testing is only as good as the lab testing procedures and repeatability.

ILS isn't just s pop up lab it was incorporated in 2018. A California Department of Cannabis Control filing shows that ILS submitted a cannabis testing laboratory license application on December 8, 2018, for its facility at 8222 Vickers St., Suite 106, San Diego which was granted. Then they branched out into supplements, APIs and other revenue streams including probably the biggest current market beautiful peptides!

I'm not sure if you've seen this but it is from Derek Decoded, he did a tour of Jano and ILS. Pretty interesting stuff.

This is the ILS tour you can see the Jano tour on Dereks channel too.

@bfuller I am aware they started in cannabis with very different equipment. He actually gave an interview and admitted he was new. I am also actually familiar with the equipment used to test heavy metals and endotoxins. I was in the business and still am in a highly regulated industry. It takes specialty training to operate the equipment and THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT. Meaning a completely sterile environment, or you can very easily have false positives or negatives. Yes, I have seen the videos; I will leave it at that. For Cannabis, none of that is necessary.

At the moment, there are people, including me, with testing sitting at ILS, and we have no communication at all with the lab. They overpromised and now are way behind, and that's an issue for a small business when they try to catch up; crap happens. Unfortunately, it has. Training is the main issue with labs and fast growth; processes get missed, people mislabel items, the list goes on. I am a fan of ILS. I recommended them on here, gave out their discount code, and really liked them. It's good until it isn't. That doesn't mean it can't get fixed, but for now, be careful. That's all I am saying.

@Randy (Does filtering the peptides as you recommend help address the salt-related issue? If a peptide appears cloudy after reconstitution, is that enough reason to discard it rather than use it? I placed a larger order after seeing your sale mentioned with Flawless, so I’m now wondering whether I may have made a significant blunder lol)

@Steiny Keep us posted on your findings please. I'm interested as all the stuff I have gotten so far has been solid from Flawless Compounds. The MOTS-C is top notch so far, GHK and BPC is solid too.

@Steiny No. If it clouds toss it.
