Flawless Compound Retatrutide (Reta) – Replacement Vial Even Worse Than the First (Cloudy + Undissolved White Gel)
-
@Eleanor just an FYI - TA-1 is one of the more delicate peptides. I think you use the NACl Bac so you might want to consider regular BAC water for this as TA-1 is sensitive to salts and PH shifts. You need to handle it gently like you would with GH or AOD, becasue its a intrinsically disordered peptide. I learned that the hard way even though I thought I was doing it right it still crashed out of the BAC water in 7 days.
New bottle of Bac water, ket it in the mini pep fridge, reconstituted gently stored it in a pep case for darkness new pins everyttime and no mixing and yet 7 days later poof! There it is beside the Epitalon and Pinealon that were all treated the exact same.
There are a lot more things that can cause TA-1 to crash that is out of the manufactureres hands is all I'm saying.

They have totally ignored my email, and the flawless website inquiry, from last night. About an hour ago i received an email showing the FedEx tracking number. Fedex shows that they have not yet received the package. Just left a message on the FL answering machine, tell them not to ship.

This is Jamie, one of the owners of Flawless/Glow. I wanted to respond publicly so the community has the full context.
I have already contacted Mark, and we will be issuing him a refund. We acknowledged that his email reply was accidentally missed in our support system, and we apologized for that mistake. No additional follow-up was sent before this issue was posted publicly.
We also explained that we have not identified any similar complaints involving this specific batch. We have sold more than 3,000 vials from the batch, and Mark’s report is the only related issue I was personally able to locate. When I shared that information, our honesty was questioned.
To investigate further, I asked our fulfillment team to reconstitute two vials from the same batch for laboratory evaluation—one using Hospira bacteriostatic water and the other using a different commercially sourced bacteriostatic water. Both reconstituted normally, with no cloudiness or gelling. Photos are attached for transparency.
Reconstitution outcomes can be affected by several variables, which is why we carefully review each report individually. Even when we cannot confirm a product defect, we frequently provide a one-time courtesy replacement or another appropriate resolution.
We take our products, testing, customer service, and reputation extremely seriously. We would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve this through a follow-up email before accusations were posted publicly. Regardless, we have addressed our mistake and are providing a refund.
We genuinely appreciate our customers and will continue handling concerns transparently and doing what we believe is right.

I have ordered from Flawless numerous times and never had a problem. I've been alerted by a post here that TA-1 might be rather difficult to deal with; similar in handling as AOD. I will be using Hospira, room temp, your vial at room temp (103 degrees here today when it's to be delivered), and recon very slowly.Since this a product I ordered from Flawless, do you have any additional reconstitution suggestions for your product? I'd love to have everything work right the first time.
Thanks,
Eleanor@Eleanor Hey there! I don't think you have anything to be concerned about. TA1 isn't even in the same ballpark as AOD. I have personally reconstituted 20-30 without issue and I just did a search and don't see any reports in our ticketing system. Room temp BAC, shake vigorously, refrigerate. Let us know!

@jamieglass This is the fabulous customer service I posted about recently in my experience with Flawless Compounds. Thanks for taking the time to clarify this and provide context to the situation it is appreciated and shows your commitment as an owner to transparancy and reflects the pride you have in your buisness.
@bfuller Glad to help! We always address customer issues promptly. Sometimes mistakes happen, we're human. Some people are definitely way more perfect. LOL

For context, I emailed customer support on July 5, 2026, asking for a refund and included photos of the product issues. I didn't receive a response to that email. It wasn't until July 22, 2026, after this forum thread gained traction and others began commenting, that I finally received a reply.
I'm simply sharing the timeline of what happened so others have the full picture of my experience.
@MJ227 Again, you appear to be calling us liars. I don't see why you can't believe it was a simple mistake. Yes, I was alerted to this forum post. Yes, I asked my customer service person to look for your email. She told me she assigned it to me and I must have accidentally closed it. It is simply that. Nothing nefarious, Mark.

@Le-Pew “Totally ignored” is not accurate. Your email was received at 9:33 p.m. last night, outside our customer support hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern.
When I saw it today and realized it was connected to this post, I contacted you directly and offered a resolution. Unfortunately, it’s clear that the proposed solution did not restore your confidence in us.
We will cancel your order and issue a full refund. We never want anyone to feel obligated to purchase from a company they are not comfortable doing business with.
We wish you the best.

I have reconstituted Reta a bunch, and this photo would have me worried. Looks like particles in the vial. Never seen that weird sudsing, but I am not an expert. The other photo is even worse. I just have never seen this in my own experience. Reta constitutes with no shaking in my own experience.

@jamieglass Great Job! People on here, one guy in particular, can't say enough good things, so this is great to see.

I just logged in for the day and it looks like I missed a lot—LOL. I’m glad it seems to have worked out for the people affected by the issues. Regardless of what happened, I also appreciate that Flawless stepped in and responded, because I think many companies would simply let comments like this go unanswered even if they are hard conversations to have. It’s great to have forums like this (Peptide Critic) where members can have open dialogue. As others have mentioned, everyone has a choice, and I completely understand if someone does not feel comfortable spending their hard-earned money with a particular company and chooses to go in a different direction. Ultimately, it comes down to service after the sale if its needed. I’ve said it before: it can take years, or at least months, to gain a new customer through websites, forums research, but only seconds to lose one.

@jamieglass I appreciate the clarification, I'm simply explaining why it looked the way it did from my perspective.
I emailed on July 5 requesting a refund and included photos documenting the issue. I didn't receive any response until July 22, after this forum thread gained attention. From a customer's standpoint, when a refund request goes unanswered for over two weeks and the first response comes only after a public post, it's understandable why I felt my concern had been ignored.
If it truly was an honest mistake, I accept that.
I'm glad we're now able to resolve the matter, and I appreciate you processing the refund. -

@Stevepep Sudsing is from injecting the BAC very quickly. That is how I do and how we test. There is no reason to put the needle in, put it toward the side of the vial and slowly inject it. Peptides aren't that fragile.

@jamieglass
Thank you very much.
I apologize for any inconvenience.@Le-Pew Zero inconvenience. That's my job. Customer service is what we key in on, always. It is what sets us aside from the 1000 other vendors out there.

I'm glad we're now able to resolve the matter, and I appreciate you processing the refund.@MJ227 Well at least you got a refund which is more than I can say about Nexaph and my dissatisfaction. I had a product issue with them that has been well documented on this forum with pictures etc. I was completely blown off by Nexaph and basically told it was my fault for ordering their inferior and inconsistent product. I had also requested a refund or replacement and was denied flat out. Cain never ever once got on here to address anything I had to say - I guess he was too good or too busy to talk with a customer. Thankfully Jeff stepped forward to help me resolve the issue - I can't say enough good things about him and this forum to let us air our grievances.
I'm impressed by Jamie, one of the owners of Flawless coming on this forum and communicating with you and everyone else to help resolve any issue - that is not an easy thing to do. I'll continue to order from Flawless (I have placed numerous orders with them and have never had an issue with any peptide, packaging, quality, communication, ship time, accuracy, etc. - they have been "Flawless" with me) and continue recommending them to others for their peptide researching.

Since I order from Flawless, I took the time to read this whole thread... What a Soap Opera!
If I were the cutomer that went through all this just to get a well deserved refund, I would be pretty frustrated with Flawless too.
BUT, Flawless, Thanks for caring to fix the mistakes made, even if it did take a public post to get it done, It was fixed and I'm still going to be a customer!
