Flawless Compound Retatrutide (Reta) – Replacement Vial Even Worse Than the First (Cloudy + Undissolved White Gel)
-
@Randy (Does filtering the peptides as you recommend help address the salt-related issue? If a peptide appears cloudy after reconstitution, is that enough reason to discard it rather than use it? I placed a larger order after seeing your sale mentioned with Flawless, so I’m now wondering whether I may have made a significant blunder lol)
-
@Steiny Keep us posted on this thread on how your Reta reconstitutes. Also, post any pics after its reconstituted so we can see any differences from what I've posted.
@MJ227 Will do. I emailed them directly after seeing your concerns—naturally, right after placing a large order (I got great timing). Hopefully, you already burned through all the cloudy peptides on your end lol, but with my luck, I may have ordered the cloudy 5 pack edition. Their response is below, and I’ll keep you posted. Hoping it has been resolved.

to meScott,
Hi there! Cloudy peptides are almost always a case of poor reconstitution solution or bad methods (such as putting BAC in the refrigerator). I don’t believe we’re seeing anymore of these reports than any other time. We stand behind our products and the extensive testing that we perform. Thanks!

@Steiny The "Cloudy 5-Pack Edition"
definitely made me laugh. Sounds like some limited collector's release that nobody asked for.
I ended up throwing mine away after they ghosted me. Thankfully I stocked up during the 4th of July sales from a few different vendors, so I have plenty from other sources. I actually like comparing vendors and reconstituting different batches just to see if there's any difference in my testing. I've definitely noticed some reta seems to perform better than others.
The explanation they gave you is almost word-for-word what they sent me about why mine was cloudy. I have several bottles of BAC water that are all stored in a dark, room-temperature area, and I've never had this issue with products from other vendors.
I'm going to keep one bottle of BAC water in the fridge and reconstitute another vial from a different vendor just for comparison. Hopefully it doesn't end up giving birth to the same alien lifeform that Flawless' batch did.
Hopefully your kit comes out crystal clear and you don't have to deal with any of this nonsense. -

Early on I reconstituted Reta with BAC straight out of the fridge and had no issues. It’s one of the easier ones to dissolve in my limited experience. It basically dissolves on its own. If you just look at the vial you can tell this is a manufacturing issue. Too bad they aren’t accepting any responsibility for this. All I can say is there are those who will get burned and those who have been burned there are none that won’t get burned in this peptide world we live in. Live and learn. I would just move on to a new vendor. Sorry it went down like this. Been there
The good news is we share these experiences so others can find the best vendors and stay away from the not so good ones

Thank you for this post and their response. I like to buy in bulk and placed one order with them. I will no longer use them as they don't seem to want to take accountability and care about customer satisfaction. I find it amazing as we know their margins are huge on these peptides and a simple replacement would be minimal for them.
I had issues with some AOD 9604 from Instant Peptides and the owner Chris shipped me some replacements to test out. And it did, and therefore they will continue to get my business.

I'll be receiving a 3-pk of TA-1 from Flawless today. Although I'm only reconning 1 vial at a time, I'll let you know should something unusual occur. It's going to be 103 degrees here today, so, in addition to vendor, if heat and humidity make a difference, tonight is the night I might find out.

Well this is very interesting,.. I guess this post got to Flawless somehow and someone reached out to be after being ghosted, this is the response I was just sent:
"Hi there,
I’m one of the owners of Flawless and Glow. I saw your forum post yesterday and looked into your support ticket. It appears the ticket was mistakenly closed before anyone responded. That was our error, and I sincerely apologize.
I understand you experienced problems with multiple vials from the same batch. We’ve sold more than 3,000 vials from that batch, and yours is the first report we’ve received regarding these concerns. Reta is generally a very consistent research product, but we still want to make this right.
We’re happy to offer you store points for the value of the affected vials, which you can use toward anything in our research catalog. Alternatively, we can send replacement R10 vials from our newest batch.
Taking care of our customers is extremely important to us and a big part of why we’ve earned such a strong reputation in this industry. Please let us know which option you prefer, and we’ll take care of it.
Thank you!
Jamie" -
This is my response to them and I'll keep everyone updated on how my refund request goes:
"Hi Jamie,
Thank you for reaching out and acknowledging the issue with my support ticket.
I appreciate the apology, but I have a hard time believing the ticket was simply "mistakenly" closed. From my understanding, tickets have to be manually closed, so it seems more likely that someone made the decision not to continue handling my refund request or address the issue.
I've been researching with reta from multiple vendors for some time, and it's been a very consistent product. The only problems I've experienced have been with Flawless. My original order arrived and all vials reconstituted cloudy, and the replacement batch was even worse, with the gel-like material shown in the photos I provided. That doesn't align with my experience using the same product from other suppliers under the same storage and reconstitution conditions.
I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. After receiving two unusable batches, I simply requested a full refund. Instead, communication stopped entirely. That's what led to my frustration and ultimately to sharing my experience.
I also find it difficult to believe mine is the only report when several others have commented about experiencing similar issues with cloudy or abnormal reconstitution. Whether those concerns were formally reported or not, they certainly don't appear to be isolated.
At this point, I'm not interested in store credit or another replacement. After two failed orders, I don't have confidence in the product. I believe a full refund is the fairest resolution, and I hope you'll reconsider that request.
I look forward to your response." -

Jamie"@MJ227 The old 3000-vial retort? You're the problem, apparently. Anyone who looks at those vials can plainly see it's a manufacturing problem. They would be so much better off just acknowledging that and give you a refund. The pictures are on here for anyone to see. No one on here is going to order their crappy Reta. IMO, they admitted they sold 3000 vials of crap to people. Many probably don't know any better.

@Eleanor TA-1 may be even trickier to reconstitute. I had 2 vials of it from Ion Peptide, reconstituted them with Hospira BAC, all properly, slowly, giving it time to get back to room temperature. One after another they failed to dissolve, flaking at the bottom. After 15 emails, multiple pictures and tons of unhelpful advices they agreed to issue store credit for 1 vial, so I got another one (I had to pay for shipping). That was a different batch and had no problem to reconstitute with the same settings.

@Eleanor just an FYI - TA-1 is one of the more delicate peptides. I think you use the NACl Bac so you might want to consider regular BAC water for this as TA-1 is sensitive to salts and PH shifts. You need to handle it gently like you would with GH or AOD, becasue its a intrinsically disordered peptide. I learned that the hard way even though I thought I was doing it right it still crashed out of the BAC water in 7 days.
New bottle of Bac water, ket it in the mini pep fridge, reconstituted gently stored it in a pep case for darkness new pins everyttime and no mixing and yet 7 days later poof! There it is beside the Epitalon and Pinealon that were all treated the exact same.
There are a lot more things that can cause TA-1 to crash that is out of the manufactureres hands is all I'm saying.

This is Jamie, one of the owners of Flawless/Glow. I wanted to respond publicly so the community has the full context.
I have already contacted Mark, and we will be issuing him a refund. We acknowledged that his email reply was accidentally missed in our support system, and we apologized for that mistake. No additional follow-up was sent before this issue was posted publicly.
We also explained that we have not identified any similar complaints involving this specific batch. We have sold more than 3,000 vials from the batch, and Mark’s report is the only related issue I was personally able to locate. When I shared that information, our honesty was questioned.
To investigate further, I asked our fulfillment team to reconstitute two vials from the same batch for laboratory evaluation—one using Hospira bacteriostatic water and the other using a different commercially sourced bacteriostatic water. Both reconstituted normally, with no cloudiness or gelling. Photos are attached for transparency.
Reconstitution outcomes can be affected by several variables, which is why we carefully review each report individually. Even when we cannot confirm a product defect, we frequently provide a one-time courtesy replacement or another appropriate resolution.
We take our products, testing, customer service, and reputation extremely seriously. We would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve this through a follow-up email before accusations were posted publicly. Regardless, we have addressed our mistake and are providing a refund.
We genuinely appreciate our customers and will continue handling concerns transparently and doing what we believe is right.

@jamieglass
I have ordered from Flawless numerous times and never had a problem. I've been alerted by a post here that TA-1 might be rather difficult to deal with; similar in handling as AOD. I will be using Hospira, room temp, your vial at room temp (103 degrees here today when it's to be delivered), and recon very slowly.Since this a product I ordered from Flawless, do you have any additional reconstitution suggestions for your product? I'd love to have everything work right the first time.
Thanks,
Eleanor -

For context, I emailed customer support on July 5, 2026, asking for a refund and included photos of the product issues. I didn't receive a response to that email. It wasn't until July 22, 2026, after this forum thread gained traction and others began commenting, that I finally received a reply.
I'm simply sharing the timeline of what happened so others have the full picture of my experience.
