You guys want to know how to dial stacks? This is a good video. It is well though out. But just remember, this is one of many ways you can stack and tune. Protocols for just one peptide is just silly. A true protocol is to just get familiar with that one peptide and when you start combining them you open more biological doors. Pay attention because peps will teach you your own biology.

What's everyone's thoughts on this guy's #2 rule regarding the foundation stack. I've never experimented with BPC-157 or TB-500, because it was my understanding (which of course could be wrong) that they targeted issues that I don't seem to have any problems with. But if he's correct in that it will help enhance the response to other peptides, is it worth pausing what I'm doing to follow this rule?

Personally I believe the foundation stack should be the mitochondria first. Then the repair of the gut, kidneys and kick start the metabolic. Run stack parallel to each other or phase them in right after another. I basically running multiple that feed off each other. I phased them all in and now running them all as once. I titrate/dial a specific peptide to tune them up. Now I just titrate up to see what they do. But most of the time I dialed down to it feels comfortable. Not tolerable.

@Nuncles I'm 50yo and started to feel the age. My first bpc and tb where taken in Glow stack. After that Wolverines. I did see/feel significant gym recovery and a knee that I was light footed for years recover around 60%. I am on the thread mill at least ones a week. This time I'm running them separate, bpc almost daily and tb 2-3 week. Great stuff.

@extropian I started to feel past my age in my 40's. Now at 54 I feel better than I have in probably 20 years thanks to Tirzepatide. I was diagnosed with diabetes back in February which was a big wake up call. The ridiculous prices of big pharma, led me to compounding pharmacies, which led me to telehealths, and now to here down this rabbit hole. Who knows, someday I may say that diabetes may have been the best thing that happened to me. Sarcastically of course.

Anyway, regarding this guys' rule #2. I guess it's as good a place to "restart" as any. I'm done with all of my other protocols except for tirz and sermorelin so I figured why not try it. Just bought BPC and TB from Nexaph so that I can run them with different protocols at the same time. As far as your recommendation on mitochondria, I will start that right after this. I got some SS-31 from Southern Aminos for a steal on their July 4th sale. I will do that and NAD+.

PS. With all the YouTube axing going on. I hope your thread doesn't die along with it.

@Nuncles Thank you my brother. Since my shoulder replacement I did splurged a little too much and it caught up to me. Before the peps I was hurting. I too was having conversations about ache, knees, inflammations and how some foods were putting me in a coma. Soon I figure the triggers. Refined carbs and specially anything with veg and seed oils. My brother (diabetic now) kept suggesting a diabetes test. But why should I test for something I shouldn't be eating in the first place. No one should. Shoulder surgery recovered and was back at the gym. Started trt and later I was introduced to Reta. From there the peps snowballed. For what it took to do in a year or two I am doing it in months. I don't think I ever been this conscious about my health in my life. Amazing stuff, worth looking into no matter how deep the hole is. I am big on videos channels, specially on YouTube. I just listen to them on the background and note when there is anything interesting to research later. Never in history have we ever gotten this level of control to our bodies. All the sudden that biology class make a lot of sense.

Check this video out. There is a lot of info.
