As we get closer to Eli Lilly getting Reta approved do we think this will be a problem with them trying to sue gray market vendors to limit it being sold elsewhere? Or is this overblown fear mongering

@e_kantor2 personally, I think the beast is too big for them to tame at this point.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

First of all, it was pushed to 2027. Then, I suspect, nobody will care for Reta anyway in one year in light of other better formulations for the same conditions.

        attentiion is all you need

Are they able to sue gray now for Tirz though they have the Zepbound Royal Warrant?

There will always be a Grey market. COAs will take a few steps back to avoid exposure. Look at steroids right now. Yes illegal but still accessible. Reta is awesome at many levels but not for those who want a plug and play. You really need to dail it down to make the best of it. The 'slop is way to addictive for most to develope the disapline it is needed along side reta.

@BoxerLover two of the ones i see in there I recognize. Looks like a mix of wellness centers and RUO companies. Lone star was calling it retatrutide so...

@Randy I read from some Redditters that then Chinese manufacturer will just take that money and setup another factory for greys. Why would they stop the constant flow of funds with just one time buyout?

What's your take? How much appetite and resources Lilly has to do this Tom and Jerry chase?

Does anyone actually know for sure that we are getting Reta as per Lilly formula (ye ye COA says so) and not some substituted formula? I’ve been taking it but seeing mixed lab results on my bloodwork making me question the product. (Same vendor).

@motiefs lol at least people are reporting similar research results. If it's a different formula Lilly has no jurisdiction of banning, and then grey can patent it for themselves and sue Lilly for antitrust.

Also are we overreacting? I'm feeling this standard periodic Tom and Jerry chase, that's been going on and we still have GLP-2T. Why would it be any different for GLP-3R?

Don't forget about Bioglutide (NA-931), which is a next-generation. It's supposed to be available orally and is a quadruple receptor agonist. I'm sure there will be an injectable form as well.

So I believe I brought this months ago…
I said back then and I am saying it again now, Big Pharma will do everything they can to stop black market Reta. They will pressure the Chinese government to impose harsh penalties on any company that is selling it. Sure will we still be able to get it, probably, but at a much higher cost. Steroids are NOT comparable to this because there is not big money in Steroids. This simple has to do with $$$.
The people who will really get affected by this are the people who are not buying from the Grey Market, the people who are buying only a couple vials at a time. It won’t be long until they come after all the single vial sellers lime Mile High, Puratek, etc…
Good thing I literally bought 10 years of Reta a couple months ago. I am set, won’t need to buy it again, by the time I run out, there will be something way better.

Please excuse my typos. Small Phone & Bad Eyes

@motiefs yes they have the standard, its formula, weight, structure etc. that is public information and is how labs even identify various peptides. I think what needs to be expanded on by the labs is what do they mean by purity and net peptide content (npc). Purity, in case off Reta to me, means what % is undamaged Reta that meets the scientific standard published, while npc means all the Reta in various stages of degradation, such that if you know purity and npc, one can determine potency (the good stuff). purity% X npc = potency assay.
